My elderly mother called Larson Plumbing for service on a Sunday because her bathroom faucet was spraying water from the hot water valve. She did not know how to shut off the water and needed it shut off. Larson sent a plumber out and shut the water off and replaced the faucet. They charged her $600 for the first hour and $400 for the second hour. The total charge came out to $1,393. However they did give her a 10% senior discount, so after discount, the bill was $1,254.

Unfortunately I have to give this business a 1 star review for being shady and manipulative with an invoice. I was given a price for a job with a cap amount of $400.00. When the bill came back over they refused to remove the difference. Way too much to install a faucet anyway. Highly regret using this company at all.

Would HIGHLY recommend Larson plumbing. Replaced a kitchen sink and Reverse Osmosis system and new faucets needed to be installed. Louis and Alberto came and I was highly impressed with every aspect of their work. It started with how polite they were when they arrived. They asked questions and explained every bit of the process, and always asked to make sure what they were doing wasn’t inconvenient (loud, smelly, no water, etc). They had a wonderful attention to detail, making sure everything was perfect, no leaks, and that everything worked before leaving. They cleaned up and left it better than when they arrived. Lastly, and most impressively, they asked if I was happy, if I had any concerns, and they showed me how to turn off the system if need be. Never felt rushed, they took the time to do a quality job. They were absolutely wonderful.
