I’ve had the pleasure of working with Llona Plumbing for years, and they’ve consistently provided excellent service. They’ve often gone above and beyond, even accommodating last-minute requests with professionalism and care. Most recently, I’ve worked with Jak, who has been fantastic each time. Llona continues to be a company I trust and highly recommend.

Roger walked out of my house without doing the install and he tried to blame me for his miscommunication with his incompetent secretary Brandy I had worked with them on and off for years and I always have a problem with them. They messed up my credit card payment years ago with the csv and I reported it as fraud which is why I stopped using them for awhile. They couldn't even give me a quote for installing the toilet. Messed up the schedule three times this week alone and messed up my contact information so I never received anything. Couldn't even send the quote via email. Don't use this incompetent business. Roger is unprofessional

I have used Liona Plumbing many times and they are a great service company, however this time was different. Jak Vu was my technician. He did not have all of the parts to do the job. He took it upon himself to go out and get the parts so that I would not be rescheduled. I recommend Llona Plumbing for anyone that is having plumbing Issues. They also have a great service manager that is personable and very knowledgeable. Thanks Charlie B. !

Gabriel was great to work with. Very polite and made the extra effort to make sure I was happy with his work. Pricing was better than other Plumbers I asked for quotes. The team managing the website was very responsive and made the process easy. I appreciated Gabriel being on time and being updated via text on when to expect his arrival. Communication was excellent all around.

Showed up on-time each day, worked the job until completion, ensured the work areas were cleann and scheduled out inspections. Damian and team did a spectacular job.

I moved into a new rental property and Llona has already been here twice, promptly and professionally to help me resolve a slow drain, a lack of hot water and replaced a shower head just to go above and beyond. Roger G. was great and I would recommend Llona to anyone in the TB area!
