James, your service tech, is AMAZING!!!! Explained everything to us and gave options regarding the cast iron pipe in the garage. We will request him for ANY and ALL our future plumbing needs. We never felt as if we were pressured into proceeding with the repair. He was very respectful and went beyond the call of duty. My elderly mother felt included in the conversation and we appreciate that your company sent a picture of who was coming to our home. I first used Mr. Rooter for my business last November and had a decent experience. I assumed they would be reliable to use again but I was wrong. I had to call back close to 10 times throughout two days to get updates just to find out that my appointment had been rescheduled thrice and even cancelled without any notice. I understand being short staffed or things coming up, however if they would have just provided me any kind of notice I could have went with another company and not felt the need to leave this review. Beyond unprofessional and left me to scramble last minute as they just kept telling me someone was on the way when they weren’t. The only reason I am leaving two stars instead of one, is the last lady I spoke too finally was a genuine human being trying to help but even she let me know that they had cancelled my appointment with no notice and that no one could come out the rest of the day.

As a rule, I’m skeptical of plumbers or any field where it’s easy to confuse or mislead customers. Danny has me rethinking that perception. He was great, helpful, and most importantly, honest. Mr rooters now has my business moving forward thanks to Danny and his professionalism.

Logan Walsh was a pleasure to work with. He was very accommodating, skilled and friendly. Mr. Rooter is fortunate to have him on their team.

I’m so excited that Danny with Mr. Rooter came to my house and perfectly installed my new bidet today! I was nervous at first they wouldn’t be able to do it like the last guys I called! They installed it with ease and I love it! Thanks guys you are the best!!

Had a plumbing issue in my well house, turns out for some reason my neighbors well was joined with my piping and I recently replumbed everything and cut a pipe I thought was for sprinkler apparently not. He was having issue with his pump so he didn't have water so at time nothing was coming out. He got his problem fixed and it was just pouring out of that pipe. Plumbers show up and he refused to shut his water off so they could do repair because he hasn't had water for couple days.(my pipe cut didn't affect his water he already had issue before I did that) so we had to come up with different approach, got it done. Very pleased with service and professionalism. Would use again if I ever have a issue I am not able to take care of.
