I had a bad leak off the city hook up onto my property and was losing a gallon a minute giving me a $639 water bill. Premium Plumbing was responsive and friendly on the phone. The fix was straight forward as we just needed to replace a small section of PVC that was leaking, and the line was buried about 8 inches under my sand yard. It was clear exactly where the leak was. The materials needed was a small section of PVC, some glue and a shovel. The tech showed up 2.5 hours outside the time window of 10-12. Things happen I get it but I had to call at 12 to see if he was still coming. The front desk lady was nice and pleasant though. The guy finally showed up and looked at it for a couple minutes, dug around with his hands to verify the leak location. Has me come to the side of my house looking for a shut off for some reason (the city shut off was right next to the leak) then burps about a foot way from my face. Weird. He then tells me it was going to be $650. I said no thanks and went inside. Called my general contractor brother and we fixed it later that day for $20 in material and about an hour of labor. Not sure how $650 was even in the realm of possibility but that quote was outrageous and I hope others don’t fall for that if it’s their standard practice to massively inflate even simple jobs.

I was able to get an appointment when I needed it. Louis was professional, efficient, and very helpful. The price for my repair was very reasonable And I will Return to premium plumbing if I have additional plumbing issues. Highly recommend.

Louis Rodriguez was beyond amazing in helping with our plumbing issues. Very understanding and cared about myself and my family, while keeping my home clean. He kept me updated on everything he was doing and what was going on. Best experience ever! I highly recommend Louis!

Ben was great! We needed our shower plumbing fixed - he was very personable, professional and knowledgeable on how to fix our shower plumbing issue. We appreciated his work & felt the value for this project was competitive!

Louis Rodriguez, the plumber assigned to my purchase and installation of a water filtration system, is an excellent plumber. He discussed our needs, recommended an appropriate remediation, and installed a system. Louis came by shortly after my call and provided an estimate that ended up being the price charged. The install took a little over two hours. Afterwards he explained the maintenance required and that the full effect of the system would take a couple of days because of the water remaining in the hot water tank. Great service.

Started off with an online service request at 8:00pm. The next morning Premium Plumbing called us and fit us in the same day. Louis came out and sent a camera down our sewer line. Louis gave us 2 options and was forward about the lower cost option. We chose the better fix option and 2 days later Premium Plumbing fixed the problem. Louis and Brian did a great job. Both were highly professional and friendly. We would like to thank the entire team at Premium Plumbing and will highly recommend. Can't forget to name Flow and John, I would have not known who to call if we never met on a commercial job site.
