I have been a 15 year customer with Air Rescue. PLEASE don’t ever call on them. They are the worst A/C company that I should ever started with. 3 major water leaks that flooded my dinning room and ruined our area rug, China Cabinet and crown molding. Now how a very negative experience and very costly choice we made, has now turned into a very positive and very professional experience with Red Cap Plumbing. I would like to thank Bill Lamontagne Comfort Advisor for providing my wife and I with a pleather of A/C knowledge on what he suggested for our home with the proper new Ruud 5 ton condenser and air handler. The technicians Logan Foxworth and Lane Paul We’re exceptional. I could not ask for any two more qualified individuals than these two hard-working technicians for Red Cap. I called last night for service for leak in water main to house. No one was available but said someone would come first thing in morning. By 9am still no plumber. Called and they said they had no record. Scheduled a plumber to arrive by 10. No one came. Called and they said they'd get someone asap. 11am plumber arrived. Gave quote of $1000 to replace approximately 12" of 1" package pipe that was fairly easily accessible. Desperate, I approved it. Plumber didn't carry 1" pipe so had to pick up supplies. Took less than an hour to install the 1" pvc pipe and 4 elbows. Finished around 1pm and said he'd immeditely email me receipt and detailed proposal. Nothing arrived. Even checked spam. Plumber was professional and friendly but my first experience with Red Cap was not very positive.

The technician arrived earlier than the scheduled service appointments. I was alright with the early arrival. Rain was part of the forecast and it worked out well for both of us. The technician, Brandon, was professional and polite. He immediately went to work to provide the scheduled service. Brandon changed out my air filters and explained in a manner that I could understand about the maintenance service. Brandon wore shoe covers to prevent bringing in dirt from outside and was very considerate. Great job Red Cap!!!

I just had a new heating and cooling system installed and I am very happy with the entire process from getting a tune-up appointment to the final outcome. The entire crew was very professional. Very nice job by the install ... sorry don't remember their names.... very professional and through. Everything works perfect!!! Thank you ..

Excellent Service from Sr. Steven Golden! I had a fantastic experience with Sr. Steven Golden. He was incredibly knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the issue with my pipes. Not only did he fix the problem efficiently, but he also took the time to explain exactly what went wrong and provided helpful advice on how to prevent similar issues in the future. His professionalism and attention to detail made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend his services to anyone in need of plumbing help!

I would like to thank Redcap plumbing for sending Jarod Hormony. Jarod is an excellent and knowledgeable technician. He is a great people skills help letting us know what we going to need now and in the future. I recommend him anytime hopefully we’ll have him every time we have service calls. I just had a tankless water heater installed by Red Cap. My regular water heater failed while still in warranty. Erick Young came out and did an assessment and brought back the failed unit. Red Cap techs Kyle H., Zandar H. came out and made it right by doing the tankless install professionally.
