Cris is a great contractor who worked with my budget for fence replacement/installation. He is honest and really had my best interest in mind.His selection in materials was impeccable. His team is top notch and provided the best customer service. They hauled away the old fence. Have a 1 yr warranty and am ecstatic about the new fence. My repair project was fairly simple: repair/rebuild one bedroom wall interior and exterior from a leaky window. Cris, and ultimately Johnny, were excellent throughout. Estimates and communications were upfront, and not pushing for sales or extra work. The work was done within a week, and looks perfect. I even noticed a small touchup fix I wanted late Friday evening. Expecting no response until Monday, much less a fix, I was shocked to have it fixed up by 10am on Saturday. Just... so well above and beyond expectations. The entire project is making sure you're satisfied.

This was my first project with Tampa Bay Construction Services. They were a referral from my realtor. This is a team I highly recommend. Cesar is the Project Manager. He’s the right guy with the right disposition to coordinate the project from start to finish. Constant communication every step of the way. From design, to material and parts selection to even walking me through the tile store to make sure we got the right look and feel, Cesar is a guy who makes it easy to have trust and confidence the project will be a success. The team was great. Jose and Javier do really good work. Oscar on plumbing made sure we were tight and ready to install the fixtures. I can’t say enough about Jose and the attention to detail. If something came up, we stepped through the decision process to make sure the end result worked. We’ll initiate project number 2 in the next couple of months and expect similar results.
