Cris is a great contractor who worked with my budget for fence replacement/installation. He is honest and really had my best interest in mind.His selection in materials was impeccable. His team is top notch and provided the best customer service. They hauled away the old fence. Have a 1 yr warranty and am ecstatic about the new fence. My repair project was fairly simple: repair/rebuild one bedroom wall interior and exterior from a leaky window. Cris, and ultimately Johnny, were excellent throughout. Estimates and communications were upfront, and not pushing for sales or extra work. The work was done within a week, and looks perfect. I even noticed a small touchup fix I wanted late Friday evening. Expecting no response until Monday, much less a fix, I was shocked to have it fixed up by 10am on Saturday. Just... so well above and beyond expectations. The entire project is making sure you're satisfied.

This was my first project with Tampa Bay Construction Services. They were a referral from my realtor. This is a team I highly recommend. Cesar is the Project Manager. He’s the right guy with the right disposition to coordinate the project from start to finish. Constant communication every step of the way. From design, to material and parts selection to even walking me through the tile store to make sure we got the right look and feel, Cesar is a guy who makes it easy to have trust and confidence the project will be a success. The team was great. Jose and Javier do really good work. Oscar on plumbing made sure we were tight and ready to install the fixtures. I can’t say enough about Jose and the attention to detail. If something came up, we stepped through the decision process to make sure the end result worked. We’ll initiate project number 2 in the next couple of months and expect similar results.

This company is extremely qualified to do the work that they offer, are very coordinated, thorough, and on top of their schedule! They are extremely timely in their responses, very clean as they work, and offer superior quality craftsmanship. I would also like to give a big shout out to David! He is by far one of the most wonderful people to work with and I absolutely highly recommend anyone considering working with him. It is because of him that I will continue to come back to this company as my go to for any type of contracting work. Without any doubt! If you are thinking about working with him… don’t think twice. DO IT! You won’t regret it.

From start to finish my experience with Tampa Bay Repair LLC was excellent. Juan, our installer, was very nice and professional. He did an awesome job and made my vanity top, vanity light and faucet look so pretty. I couldn’t be happier with my decision to hire them for this project.

Called for an estimate for a major remodeling project. Estimator came out, took measurements and it was the end of positive experience. No communication after, so I reached out and was told they were having new software issues, will receive an estimate on 2 to 3 days. Nothing again. Three weeks later Chris calls to follow up on the project, says estimator left the company, he apologized and said he will get an estimate to me shortly. I'm still waiting, it has been 2 months. Follow up. Your employee or former employee Steven G. was at my house on May 25th for an estimate. I have communication to back it up, hopefully it refreshes your memory. So no, I'm not a competitor.

I live in Houston and also own a home on St. Pete Beach, Florida. As an out of state owner, it is difficult to know who you can trust with repairs and can easily be taken advantage of. Luckily, I was referred to Tampa Bay Repair Services and very happy to report that I received excellent service on several large repairs, including painting, and the jobs were completed in a timely manner. No complaints!!! They even cleaned up and left my home clean and beautiful. I highly recommend Tampa Bar Repair Services for all your repair needs. They do everything!

Everything was great with the major structural repair to my carport. Quick process from Javier’s initial visit, to putting me in touch with a great engineer for design, to getting started. The crew worked quickly and got my project done faster than I expected. The work was very high quality - the carport looks exactly as I pictured. I’m very happy and will use Javier and Tampa Bay Construction services again.
