We had to replace our main water line on rather quick notice, which was no easy feat with a 300 plus stretch of various tree roots, sprinkler lines, and pool lines in the way. Tampa Bay Plumbers, Mike Benson and crew did a fantastic job of avoiding breaking all obstacles and laying a new line quickly and professionally. The project passed inspection within 24 hours and we are happily up and running again. Thank you TBP, will definitely use you again in the future.

Denis and Roland were a pleasure to work with. We had a detailed plan and restrictions we needed to work within for our project. They were able to complete everything that was asked of them, in a timely manner and at a great price! Definitely would recommend for your plumbing needs.

If their service is anything like their driving I would run. This person decided to run me into another lane of traffic to prevent him from hitting my car. I blew the horn profusely & when I tried to get his attention of course he pretended to not see me.

I will never recommend this company. I had an appointment that was changed by them twice. After finally making it on the third appointment. The guys came out and could not find the septic tank. They poked all around the building and, with a phone call, determined the septic tank was under the trailer, therefore, not serviceable. They then gave me a quote for $10,000.00. Since I did not commit at the time, they charged me $195.00 for coming out and spending 10 minute poking at the ground, 10 minute on the phone and about 7 minutes talking to me on how a new system would be much better than any older one. The reason for the low rating is because the very next day, another company came out, fond the tank, and jot the job done. UPDATE, RESPONCE to OWNER REPLY:11-15-2023, As the picture shows, your team of experts came to the wrong conclusion with zero proof of the septic being under the trailer. As the picture shows, your competitor successful located the tank and did the inspection. At the end, I waited for better weather, I showed up on time to my appointment, and I paid for your employees to make a mistake and a bad job at locating the tank. A more reputable company would have refunded me for making such a huge mistake instead of covering their tracks. At this point I do not want a refund, I do want the Tampa Bay area to know who they are dealing with.

I had my house re-plumbed and Dunieski Rodriguez and his team did a great job! They were very professional and hard working. I would definitely recommend Tampa Bay Plumbers and that team to anyone. Thank you guys! Additional review for another service on March 27, 2023: I had a sewer blockage and Tampa Bay Plumbers sent out Michael Benson for my service call. I live in a townhouse and was never able to find a clean out. Michael had to go on the roof to scope it and found my pipe and clean out in my neighbor's yard. He was able to clear enough of the blockage for me to use my bathroom. He came back the following week and had to remove my neighbors palm tree and many roots from an Oak to replace the pipe and clean out. Which he replaced with an extended pipe so it can be easily found in the future. Not only did he and his crew do an awesome job they cleaned up and carried away the palm tree & all of the tree cuttings and root removal. I am very grateful for Michael going above and beyond to fix my sewer line & taking care of mine and my neighbor's yards. I would 100% recommend Tampa Bay Plumbers and Michael and his team. After experiencing a slab leak, we opted to have our 40 yr old house re-piped in two phases. Mike Benson and his father came out to complete phase 1 and did a fantastic job. They ran new copper pipe into the house, through our block wall, and over to our water heater, then hooked up the new system to our old manifold to give us temporary water until phase 2 ProPex install can be completed. They were patient and flexible, explaining everything to us and willing to work with us to install everything just the way we wanted it, including parts we had sourced ourselves (Flo by Moen shutoff device and Uponor copper valved manifolds). Very happy with their quality work and service!

I'm giving my highest rating I have ever given for a plumber. I can't speak to price because I have a Sears Protect Home Warranty, but I would say that this has been quite a pleasant experience. In fact, the home warranty service to longer to get me connected to Tampa Bay Plumbing than the plumber took to get out to our place. They scheduled me quickly in less than one week. The first person reviewed (I can't remember his name) and the second person did not leave until the work was done perfectly. Cody was the kindest and most respectful service repair I think I've ever encountered! He was polite to my elderly parents, cleaned up after himself, and want afraid to sweat! When it comes to repairs to your home, I want a professional who is OCD about his work. And Cody was that, and he treated his work as if he were working on his own home. Thank you Tampa Bay Plumbing for the best plumbing repair experience I've had in my 48 years. If I ever need work again, I will certainly request you AND Cody! Thank you for accepting home warranty repair, too. It is easier for my Dad to handle costly repairs rather quickly.

I needed to have the water heater in my house replaced urgently. I called TB Plumbers, and they dispatched a tech (Jason) immediately. He gave me a quote, which was reasonable. TB Plumbers (David) improved on their initial quote, and I went with them. Jason finished the job within two hours and did a superb job with the replacement. TB Plumbers saved the day for me! I will definitely go back to them again for my plumbing needs.
