My toilet failed due to poor install and I ripped it out and found the root cause but in order to prevent another bad install, I called Chase. He came out the next day and did a great job installing my new toilet including a jumbo wax ring, shims, etc. left the bathroom clean and I will call him in the future when I need a professional.

He also saved us $ by informing us that an issue that our home inspector identified as a deficiency was actually a non-issue. Super honest. He will be our go to plumber.
