Amed was our technician and he was AWESOME. He arrived at the scheduled time, was very careful and methodical in his approach. He appeared to be quite knowledgeable and explained exactly what he was going to do. He had all of the exact tools that were needed, the finished product looked great and he carefully cleaned up after himself. He was also very courtesy and personable. I would recommend him and give him an A+.

Amed helped us tremendously with an irrigation leak after we received an $800 water bill-yikes! He set us up with all the appointments and made sure everything was fixed very quickly. Most companies told us it would be weeks, but Amed got us set up ASAP with what we needed, followed up and fixed our issue very quickly. He is timely, professional and knowledgeable-don’t look anywhere else for your plumbing issues. Amed is the best!

Overall experience was outstanding! The office communicated well, but Amed - the pro contractor handling my kitchen sink/dishwasher leak - kept me “real time” informed, even calling me early to let me know he’d had a cancellation; he offered to come by earlier than the scheduled window (strictly as a courtesy option if it worked for me — which is absolutely did, on a Friday afternoon!). He was knowledgeable, helpful, and incredibly efficient—even though he had to replace a larger item than expected—and friendly! He walked me through the completed work and pointed out what to watch for, etc., and I noted that the “job site” was kept perfectly clean (which is not a given with some other contractor firms or techs…). In and out in about a half hour! I highly recommend Ultimate Plumbing, but in this case BECAUSE they have a great professional working for them in Amed! Thanks!!

Thru no fault of their own, the permitting process took nearly 2 months but, even though I was going bonkers, Jack maintained his cool and explained what was going on. Ahmed was very polite, did a great job of getting the line plumbed in and answered all my questions regarding the install. Thank you for putting up with me!!

Amed was great to work with! He arrived and was able to quickly diagnose the problem we had, resolve it, and offer helpful maintenance tips for our home. We would give 6 stars if we could, and look forward to having him help us in the future for any plumbing needs that arise. A++

I had a "plumber" replace a couple of shower valves, which turned out to be installed the wrong depth in the walls. This prevented the trim kits from going on properly after the tile had been installed. Jack came out and spent over 5 hours fixing the mess. He went out of his way and bent over backwards to make everything right. He made sure that I was happy with everything before leaving. He was very personable and when we parted, he felt more like a friend. I have many other rentals I'll be renovating and I will certainly be calling Ultimate Plumbing again!

Bill arrived earlier than scheduled for our plumbing needs! Provided us with professionalism & resolved our drain blockage quickly!! Very informative! Very happy we now have a new plumber for all our future needs. Out of 9 plumbers I called~Ultimate Plumbing was the Only plumber that even called me back & immediately followed through with a text & email updates. I highly recommend them!!!!

Amed was my tech. Very respectful, responsive and knowledgeable. I appreciated his respect for my home which laid the foundation of his professionalism. He explained the process, described what the issue was, and walked me through his resolution. Truly appreciate his time and will continue not be dealing with this company going forward.
