We have had multiple issues with a cheap Glacier Bay toilet for a while and finally decided to get it replaced. Freddy advised on a Gerber Avalanche toilet as a replacement due to their quality and longevity. He quickly scheduled this with me and just a few days later, we have a beautiful upgrade to our bathroom. Freddy was very professional, hard working, and did the job right.
