I initially left a 5 star review two years ago for the great service we experienced for a plumbing emergency. I am revisiting my review to add that Bert Norman's just completed an extensive replacement of our plumbing. It was a big job and we could not be more pleased. Steven Wood was amazing, always helpful, confident and reassuring that it was going to be ok. He and Dylan worked so hard to get our plumbing straightened out. I'm so grateful for their attention to details, even down to the caulk. If I could leave 10 stars, I would.

Bert Norman Plumbing was the most outstanding, professional, knowledgeable and polite company we have seen in quite a while. From a 6:15am panic call to the office manager on the day before Christmas Eve to the technician late in the evening installing a new hot water tank that they had to travel back and forth that day to get. Everyone that I spoke to took time, care, and efficiency to the highest level. I will never forget how they came to our rescue right before a holiday. I would go beyond recommending them and tell you that you would be lucky to have their team at your side.

Responded quickly, (no hot water), found and priced the replacement fairly, did the work quickly and even chased down the needed replacement. All for a fair price. Sounds simple, but simple isn’t as easy as it once was. Highly recommended and coordinated well with our electrician. Wahlah, hot water again.

Bert Norman's is always so wonderful to work with! We have been using them for years for two homes and never hesitate to give them a call. The staff is knowledgeable and easy to work with every time. They are great with follow up too. They have done just about everything for us including a new water heater install, fixing a clogged toilet, analyzing and fixing a drainage issue in a bathroom, new toilet install, fixing a low water pressure issue, aerator and well pump install and more!

We replaced a water heater, a faucet and did various other repairs. Steven Wood with Bert Norman’s plumbing did a wonderful job. So cheerful. So competent. He even cleaned up a soap mess under our sink. We highly recommend this company.

During a recent freeze, one of my underground PVC pipes burst. I called Bert Norman's in the morning after the pipe burst, and they had someone working on it later the same day. Took their employee about 2 hours: he dug out the area around the pipe, replaced the section of pipe that was leaking, filled in the hole, and everything was done. Affordable, pleasant worker, and did exactly what was needed. HIRE THESE PEOPLE!!!

Two senior citizens home with the flu when both toilets stop working! And of course, it’s Sunday!! Called Bert’s plumbing and received the most courteous and efficient service. Our problem was resolved and we are very grateful for the service received. Highly recommend and if needed will use again! Thank you!
