I had an excellent experience with Alema! He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained everything clearly, and got the job done efficiently. The quality of their work was outstanding. Not only did they fix the problem, but they also provided helpful maintenance tips to prevent future issues.

Excellent service. Showed up on time, was very professional and maintained a clean environment. I had a clogged toilet. He explained the services, what service he would start with to identify the issue and what other services may be necessary. He also reviewed costs with me so there would be no surprises. Only the first service was required and it took him a few minutes. The price was reasonable. I will call on this company again for plumbing needs. This was an emergency call and I was able to get right on their books so if you have an emergency, book now to avoid long waits with other companies. Quick and professional service with honest pricing.

I do not recommend this company. They charged me over $2900 for a sewage pump that I later found out is available online for $1300. The pump also does not work as promised, and has failed 4 times since it was installed less than 1 year ago. Atlanta Plumbing and Drain Company told me that in order to have the pump replaced using the manufacturer's warranty, I would need to purchase another pump from them and install it while the defective one was sent to the manufacturer. They ignored my request for a refund and have stopped responding to emails. Very unfortunate, but I truly feel taken advantage of, from the pricing, to the misrepresentations about this pump's performance, to the refusal to refund me foe the pump that they've even admitted does not work as intended.

Absolutely satisfied with Atlanta Plumbing and Drain. Professional customer service They provide quality work and affordable in my opinion. They have serviced my location twice and I have them locked in and saved for future plumbing needs. I’m a Karen for real for real when it comes to service and work so trust me, they are worth booking for your next service.

Alema from AP&D has come out to do work on my house a few times since I moved in. He's always been prompt and professional with his work. He always does an excellent job of quickly diagnosing the issue, breaking down the best ways to handle it. He does his work quickly, and I never feel cheated by the prices. I have an older home, so it's good to know that I have a reliable plumber to call when needed.

Rahmel did a wonderful job. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He arrived early and I had not made it home yet and he came back. I would recommend him and this company to anyone who needs assistance.

We had a great experience with Atlanta Plumbing & Drain, who handled the plumbing for our new bathroom. It was a big project that required coordination with our contractor, and their communication was excellent throughout. They were responsive, took the time to explain each step, and ensured we understood the process. Although the process was stressful at times, Rahmel and Alema remained calm and professional, which made a huge difference. Even when challenges arose, they worked together to find solutions and kept the project on track. We truly appreciate their dedication and the quality of their work.

Alema was extremely kind and helpful. He worked quickly and efficiently and even left us an Allan Key in case we had further trouble.
