I would absolutely recommend Fix & Flow Plumbing. This is our second time working with Brian. He is always friendly, professional, careful of keeping things clean, and above all, knows his stuff. I have complete confidence he will fix things as they should be. Their quote may be a little higher, but you won't have to worry about needing to every pay anyone else again. It will get fixed, and that means a lot when you're talking about your home's plumbing.

Great experience. Friendly and knowledgeable. And you get a live person when you call. They are good at responding to questions and taking the time to explain the repair being done. I never felt rushed, and I felt that everyone in the company was on the same page with respect to customer service. It is a small, local business and I am happy to support them.

The last 2 companies we've had do plumbing work flooded either my apartment or the one below and were the reason that we needed to call fix and flow on day 2 of no hot water, they had someone here within a few hours. I have used this company multiple times for multiple issues in my very old condo and they have always provided top tier service. From calling to set up the appointment to the technician arriving, everyone is so professional, nice, and clear in all communications. You get a text 24 hours before your appointment and when they are on the way. The technician arrives and wears booties. They assess the issue and give you the price for repair. Seamless experience from first call to fix. I love the customer service with this company and will use them in the future for any new needs.

Professional clean amazing service great work. They show up on time and communicate when they are on their way. So live there attention to detail. They are very thorough. A little on the pricey side but you get what you pay for. This is my second time using them. This was a smaller project than the first but there is no other plumbers I would use.

Fix & Flow Plumbing dealt with a gas leak at my property over the Christmas holiday period. I left a message on Friday afternoon and they returned the call first thing Monday, which I thought was very good service for the holiday period. They were able to coordinate repairs quickly even though I was out of town, and the technician called to provide a detailed assessment of the problem and offer alternative repair options with costing. Everything was left clean and in working order.
