oliver from martin & sons plumbing was impressively quick to arrive in atlanta and had a very friendly manner. his work was top-notch and highly professional. after he had finished with the job, i noticed that the cap on the clean out was cross threaded. when i called martin & sons plumbing to inquire about this, they assured me that this was their standard procedure - not bad at all! just to be clear, oliver didn't handle the final touches, he only took care of unclogging the drain.
