TJ was phenomenal as far as taking the time to explain everything to me while he was doing it and really seemed to take pride regarding his work and making sure I was happy with it. In addition, Amber provided excellent customer service when I called in my plumbing needs. She explained thoroughly the entire process and was really helpful. I would without a doubt recommend Peach Plumbing & Drain for anyone looking for a plumber and will be using them for any of my future plumbing needs.

Called Peach Plumbing & Drain for a basement extraction pump failure. Not fun. But Peach had a technician to the house within an hour. Billy had the issue diagnosed and fixed in an hour and even took care of some small PVC issues along the way. Smart, fast, and fixed! Thank you for sending your best man out on such short notice. Thanks Billy and Chris. I hope we don’t have any more plumbing issues. But if we do, I’m calling Peach.

Peach Plumbing was called to give us an estimate for replacement of our hot water heater. We spoke to Chris who set up the appointment for the next day. The following day Kevin arrived to inspect & give us an estimate. The first thing noted was his timeliness (11:00 am, he was on time). He came prepared with "booties" to cover his shoes so as not to bring in dirt into our home. (for some reason that must be showing our age because that seems to be a non concern from other business who look at you funny...like...booties...What?). Kevin proceeded to go over everything he was doing & explaining what he noticed as well as what needed to be done. He was extremely knowledgeable & explained himself where we could fully understand. Kevin then went to his truck & came back with an estimate for the work. Because we were packing to leave town the next morning we frowned upon getting it done that day.....but after talking with Chris (who guaranteed he could get it done) we signed the contract & he got to work. Kevin had installed our new 50 gallon hot water heater the same day. If we had questions he took the time to answer them thoroughly even showing us pictures. Kevin also looked at an issue we had with the bathroom faucet & got a price to repair. After returning from our trip Kevin returned to complete the faucet repair. I'm a stickler for good customer service....their service was OUTSTANDING!!. QUALITY WARRANTED WORK!! Thank you Chris & Kevin I would highly recommend Peach Plumbing.

I can't thank Peach Plumbing enough for their expertise and attention to detail. They spent two hours at my home, trying to help me identify a leak and went above and beyond in the process. They were courteous, on time and very professional. They were also very reasonably priced. Would definitely use them again!

Jay Jay is the best professional, transparent, and thoughtful plumber I have ever met and I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a trustworthy plumber. I needed a plumber to fix my parents plumbing issue and he did an fantastic job twice in a row. He ran into an unexpected issue on the last time but handled it like a pro then stayed an extra hour to handle it. I also had a great experience with one of the office managers, Brandy, she's sweet as pie. I'll definitely book them for feature plumbing issues and you should too! The communication is amazing.

Great experience with Peach Plumbing. I called in and they had a technician come out that day to diagnose. They were able to replace the water heater all within a few hours of the initial call. TJ (our plumber) was knowledgeable and thorough. We were very happy with our plumbing job and will be using them for any plumbing jobs in the future.
