We had to have our sewer line replaced (the house is 80+ years old and we had cast iron and terracotta pipes that had roots growing into them). Spencer Sarjeant and his team from Plumb Works did a great job for us. They showed up on time, clearly communicated with us from start to finish, and were professional. I would have no hesitation recommending Spencer or Plumb Works for any plumbing needs you may have!

I discovered a sewer line backup in our commercial building this morning. I called Plumb Works at 11:30AM & they were present & working on the problem within 2 hours. They even had to bring in a large pice of equipment to jet-blast our water-waste lines & clear a major clog. They were very efficient & profession. Jacob was the lead on the job & went the extra mile to make sure the system was working perfectly before they finished. Then they cleaned & sanitized the whole area in which they worked. I was very pleased with the response & the cost of the excellent service from Jacob & his associates. I recommend Jacob & Plumb Works for both commercial & residential plumbing needs. I’ve used them before & will use them again unreservedly.

My experience with Plumb Works was great. Had a leaking water heater that needed to be replaced, called around 8AM, there was an available slot in the schedule and the team was here and done before noon. Andrew provided a good selection of options and as part of the replacement also re-plumbed a badly-installed sub-meter. I definitely recommend them for any plumbing needs.

Our plumbing issue was diagnosed and resolved by Kim. He was very professional, took great care of his work, cleaned up when he was done, and left us highly satisfied. It was a positive first impression and we will keep Plumb Works in mind for our future plumbing needs.

I needed estimates on some work that I need to have done. The plumber who came out was knowledgeable and pointed out things that I hadn’t considered. Overall I was pleased with the service he provided. However there were a couple of details that I wish had been made clearer. For example if an appointment is a time between say 8:00 and 12:00 say that rather than give a definite time. Also always verify things like email addresses. If I had judged simply on what happened after he arrived it would have been a five star rating

We were replacing the 25 year old dishwasher in our house. Unfortunately the existing supply line would not disconnect from the dishwasher. Kim quickly resolved the issue by disconnecting the old supply line with a basin wrench and channel locks. The delivery team was able to install the dishwasher the next day.
