Plumbing Express

I called Friday evening, VERY late. 1) A LIVE person answered the phone. 2) He said he could have a service technician out Saturday morning. 4) I wanted to use the same technician that had helped me in 2022, and he was not available for Saturday so he set it up for Monday morning between 8 and 12. 5) I received a call at 8:05 on Monday to inform me that Dave Tzikas would be at my house between 9:00 & 9:30. 6) He was here at 9:30 and it was raining. 7) He put the rubber protectors over his shoes and serviced my Rinnai tankless water heater and also installed a new Pfister kitchen faucet. 8) Dave Tzikas' work was finished in a VERY professional and timely manner. 9) The pricing for both projects was VERY reasonable. ✳️ I have just given you nine VERY GOOD REASONS to use PLUMBING EXPRESS ✳️

We have used plumbing express for several years and have no complaints. They have always been able to take care of our issues and they keep good records of items that we have had under warranty. Rod has helped us the two most recent calls to install a hot water heater and get a gas line up to code that went to our oven as well as fix a couple of toilet repairs. He is friendly and the work was done timely and we will continue to use and recommend Plumbing Express !

Finding a plumber who is knowledgeable and experienced, and not some cash-grab b-team is difficult to say the least. I feel like we’ve confidently finally found our plumber recommendation if anyone asks us. Daniel was great. Professional, knowledgeable, and totally understood the problem at hand and offered a couple options to solve it. He and Mark came for the install of our water heater and would hope to have them back if/when something else needs fixing or updating!

Dave was able to come out the same day I called for an appointment. He was very helpful and provided all the insight I needed. The issue I called for seems okay and we were able to identify a whole new issue I gotta take care of now 😅 UPDATE: Rod came out to deal with the new identified issue. Quick and painless. Great job!

Daniel is was amazing! I have a serious issue happening with my plumbing and he did everything to show me the issue and several options to fix it. He was kind and helpful and made me feel assured of my next steps. I highly recommend working with Plumbing Express.

Daniel explained in easy to understand terms what my plumbing problem was and how to fix it. I am very impressed with Plumbing Express. They replumbed my rental home several years ago and did a fabulous job. Daniel and his team will be replacing part of my mainline in the next week. Update. This is root found in my waterline. Great job done by Daniel, Cecil and Michael. Very professional. Replaced the line and did a great job not to disturb the grass and bushes as much as they could.

I think Plumbing Express is a great company. From beginning to end everyone we encountered was extremely professional and courteous. They all took their time and did a great job answering our questions and explaining everything to us. Our first encounter was with Dave who spent the time with us and explained out options. The re-piping crew that came out - Lucio, Jose and Justin were amazing. The arrived a little earlier than their scheduled time and stayed until they completed everything. I was so impressed with their work and professionalism. The next person who came was Flaniel to "put our house back together" with the sheet rock repair. Just as the others, Flaniel was professional, very friendly and did an amazing job. If someone was to come into our house now, they would never know there were many holes in the sheetrock. If you are ever in the need to have the pipes replace in your house, Plumbing Express should be your only phone call.

I think Plumbing Express is trustworthy and I will continue to hire them. A few years ago they replaced the old tank water heater in my house with a tankless model for a reasonable price. I hired them again when I noticed that my outdoor faucets were leaking. The plumber they sent (Daniel Edwards) was very knowledgeable. He helped explain a number of issues we were having and did a great job replacing the faucets and our pressure valve.
