I had an excellent experience with Jamal! He was incredibly fast, effective, and knowledgeable. From the moment he arrived, he assessed the issue quickly and got straight to work. Not only did he fix the problem efficiently, but he also took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. On top of that, he was friendly and professional throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Jamal, for anyone in need of a reliable plumber! As a note I have warranty and could have waited due to him being so efficient I decided to pay more as they could arrive 2 days earlier than warranty! Will reach out to him for future needs and send my friends to this place because of him!

AL and Daniel came out very quickly on a Sunday when we had our water heater give out that morning. They came in assessed the situation gave us all the available options and let us decide with no pressure on what would best suit our needs. We came up with a game plan they ran out grabbed all the parts needed and completed the job very quickly with very beautiful work. Once the job was completed they communicated with us on everything that was done and how everything was priced. Explained how to use the new equipment and also how to maintain so we are able to prolong the life of the new water heater. I highly recommend these gentlemen to come out to anyone’s home very knowledgeable and helpful throughout a very stressful emergency. We will be using Roto-Rooter as long as they can send us out Al and Daniel!

Jemar did a great job fixing my leaky bathtub waterline which is in a tricky position behind the wall. He showed up at a cold rainy night and even worked beyond his regular shift until he got the work done right. He went above and beyond and fix both cold and hot waterline which were both leaking. He has been very careful with his work as he cut the drywall nice and straight which is convenient for me to patch it back. Five stars service!

Jamie C. was AMAZING!! He came out at 10 pm on a Saturday to assess the damage that a nightmare plumber left. He had us back to normal Monday and was completely transparent throughout the entire process. He saved us and I hope he sees this and knows that my family and I are forever grateful. I’ve attached pictures of the nightmare’s work and Jamie’s amazing work for reference. I cannot say enough amazing things about Jaime. I pray you are blessed for the rest of your days and beyond.

Outstanding service! We had a serious clog in our main line just hours before our annual Super Bowl party. Jamie arrived within one hour of me calling, and was able to resolve the issue and put us at ease. He was professional, personable and efficient. Called Roto Rooter and I was given a 30 minute-2hr wait time, Mike was here in under 30 minutes. Mike was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He assessed my issues and then gave me all options for repair or replace. He began the work and was done in a timely manner, he also showed and explained every issue to me. He did great work and left my bathrooms cleaner than when he arrived. Thank you !

Probably the fastest and best plumber I've ever heard of. His value cannot be understated. Idk if the rest of roto rooter senior plumbers are like this, but if they are then the price is definitely justified. I went to the atm within walking distance of my house and the person was done with installation before I got back. He even noticed my other sink was loose and tightened it for free while he was waiting on me to come back. I highly recommend them

Great service. Called for an emergency leak and they sent someone same day! Jamaal was professional, courteous, fixed the leak quickly and efficiently. Did not feel like there were an unnecessary upsell tactics which was much appreciated. Would recommend and will use this company again.
