Matt Zippy is great!! I reached out regarding internal plumbing issues. He quickly advised that while he specialized in underground larger problems, he still wanted to help. He pointed me to Emergency Plumbers. I called, advised that Zippy referred me. Someone was out and had resolved the issue w/in the hour. Couldnt be more pleased w/ Zippy's service and care. Highly recommended.

We had an outstanding experience with Matt from Zippy Plumber today. There was an emergency water issue outside of our home, and Matt responded immediately and was here to do an assessment within 2 hours. He was timely, courteous, explained the situation well, and was clearly very knowledgeable and technically skilled -- and most importantly set our minds at ease. Excellent customer service and excellent person. Highly recommend, would give more than 5 stars if possible.

Matt was our hero in the midst of an unexpected plumbing emergency. He was extremely responsive and communicative from the first phone call. He was at our house within 90 minutes of reaching out and was courteous and attentive to our concerns. He made quick work of expertly diagnosing the problem and was able to offer concrete guidance on next steps. I can't thank Matt at Zippy Plumbing enough! I had a real emergency – my sump pump died and my basement was starting to flood. I was panicking, thinking about the huge cost of an emergency plumber visit, especially during flooding rain. I called Zippy Plumbing and spoke with Matt. He was incredibly calm and helpful. Instead of just rushing over and charging a fortune, he took the time to understand my situation. He patiently explained what materials I needed to purchase (even giving me specific brands and model numbers to look for at the hardware store) and then, incredibly, offered to FaceTime with me to walk me through the installation process! I was nervous about doing it myself, but Matt's guidance was clear and easy to follow. He was patient and answered all my questions. Thanks to Matt and Zippy Plumbing, I was able to replace the sump pump myself. I highly recommend Matt and Zippy Plumbing – their honesty, helpfulness, and willingness to go the extra mile are truly exceptional.

I'm a repeat customer of Zippy Plumber and I have to agree with others here in saying that Matt is one of the most helpful, courteous, knowledgeable, responsive and professional service providers that I have ever had the pleasure to work with. A few years ago, Matt and his crew did a wonderful job of fixing a hole that had rusted out, over time, in my 56-year-old cast-iron drain line in my basement. He replaced a portion of my basement drain line with the modern recommended materials, and also did some needed work on my kitchen sink. His fees were very reasonable, and he and his crew completed all of the work quickly and professionally. Most recently, this winter, I called Zippy Plumber after discovering that my downstairs toilet was leaking water onto the floor every time I washed dishes in my kitchen sink. Matt sent out a colleague (also a master plumber) within a few hours of me calling him, to assess my problem. He found that my 56-year-old cast-iron exterior sewer line had collapsed about 2/3rds of the way toward the street. He explained his findings, provided a very reasonable estimate, mentioned that my homeowners insurance might cover this kind of damage, and offered to fix the damage the very next day. I agreed. The very next day, on a Sunday, with snow still on the ground, Matt and his crew dug an amazingly deep trench, and replaced the entire line, from inside my basement, all the way to the street. The entire job was completed to my complete satisfaction within less than a day and a half of me contacting Matt. The whole crew was polite, friendly, and very professional. All in all, I highly recommend Matt and Zippy Plumbing for all your emergency plumbing needs. His knowledge, responsiveness, expertise, and integrity are superlative. He and his team were a complete pleasure to work with, from start to finish. Thanks so much. .

Matt is literally the best. We had an issue with water backing up in the sink downstairs when the toilets flushed. He came out quickly and figured out where the stoppage/clog was in our piping and then he used a water jet to clear it out. Now everything in our house runs better than when we bought it!! He then offered to check the water pressure throughout the house to make sure we were good to go before he left. I HIGHLY recommend him and anyone that works with him. Thank you, Matt!
