Imagine this as a home buyer - You purchase your dream home. Start to move your family in. The AC goes out the day after. But WAIT. Babbitt's did an HVAC inspection and everything was checked running properly and in good working condition on the report before we bought the house? FALSE. There was an existing LEAK in the line causing the coil to be a rusted mess. The leak was EASILY discovered by a competent HVAC company once I called them to come out. Please see the photos below of what Babbitt's considers acceptable. If you want a company with no backbone or integrity, congrats because you found it. Run. Far. Away.

My water pressure had been off for a while and when I put a gauge on hose saw my PSI was 120+. I called Babbitt’s around 9:00am and by 11:00 Michael and Austin were pulling up. They quickly diagnosed the issue and got busy replacing a bad water regulator valve. The explained everything they were doing and cleaned up well after. Would recommend to anyone.

My heat went out on a Sunday evening. I called several businesses to no avail and the on call repair man with this company, Chris, quickly returned my message. He was the ONLY person willing to do the work after hours. Despite my being in a bit of a panic due to having to be at work, Chris patiently explained my issue and promised to return the next day. He went the extra mile and first checked my gas package exchanger for leaks in the event there was a carbon monoxide exposure. Then, he replaced the inducer draft motor. Quick. Efficient. Knowledgeable. Accurate. And Babbit’s was willing to work with me due to being caught off guard with the unexpected costs. Highly recommend!

We called for an AC repair, cold didn’t work but heat did. He was able to guess what was wrong just by listening to the AC and after confirming it, replaced the bad part and was done in like 15 minutes. And he was so friendly too, he loved our pets.

They have done several jobs installing tankless water heaters, do excellent job servicing hvac units as well. Fast service highly recommend.
