We used this company twice. May last time was 5 years ago. At that time the service was good. I scheduled for my septic to be pump. No call no show, so I called him. He said he couldn't come because of the rain. So reschedule, the sun was shining still no call no show. We not us them again.

Patrick and his crew were ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC -- something I'd never say about a septic crew! But they really were: prompt, efficient and thorough at communication, easy to work with, respectful of our property, came out quickly to take excellent care of our septic system. Their price/value is extraordinary. I can't recommend them highly enough. I don't see us ever using anyone else.

The owner was friendly, prompt and very informative. He took time to explain to me what what was causing my issue, what a drain field is and provided great details. He ensured the inlet and outlet were both empty and even recommended some great products to use. I’m a first time septic tank homeowner so I feel very fortunate to have hired this company. They did a great job. Very friendly. Also told me some ways to make my septic tank and drain field work better. I would recommend them to anyone. Very reasonably priced also.

After the plumber gave us the diagnosis, I found Bestway on Google on a Sunday morning. I called around 11am and by 1pm, they had two guys out here who quickly got to work in the heat. They were kind, communicated well, and worked quickly. And it’s worth mentioning again that they came out on a Sunday and they don’t charge high prices for a weekend. Their prices are very reasonable! Highly recommend their services!

I was looking for someone to clean septic tank, so I went with the reviews and upon calling Mr. Roundtree was customer service (he immediately told me what was needed for my issue) came out with his employees & everything ran smoothly & effective. Fantastic service!! We had a septic backup and Bestway responded immediately (even though it was after hours), helped coordinate with a plumber and checked in on us repeatedly. They had someone to pump and troubleshoot the system the next day, and the team worked into the evening on a Friday night to clear up the issue. We are so thankful for their professionalism and expertise—it definitely feels like a minor emergency when you can’t use your plumbing!
