We used this company twice. May last time was 5 years ago. At that time the service was good. I scheduled for my septic to be pump. No call no show, so I called him. He said he couldn't come because of the rain. So reschedule, the sun was shining still no call no show. We not us them again.

Patrick and his crew were ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC -- something I'd never say about a septic crew! But they really were: prompt, efficient and thorough at communication, easy to work with, respectful of our property, came out quickly to take excellent care of our septic system. Their price/value is extraordinary. I can't recommend them highly enough. I don't see us ever using anyone else.
