Brittingham was extremely helpful as we were navigating our plumbing issues post Hurricane Helene. In having to move our water meter and service entrance to our home, they completed a very clean install without tearing up our yard and driveway at a reasonable price. I appreciated their quick response and insight in resolving our immediate water needs.

Excellent customer service. My tankless water heater went out before Christmas and they rearranged the schedule to put me first and the tech made two trips on Christmas Eve to resolve my issue. After 9 years, I still recommend them.

We have had a lot of remodeling done the last two years, and the crew at Brittingham has handled all of our plumbing needs. Their prices are reasonable. Their men are courteous, do a great job, and always clean up where they have been working. They have completely replumbed both our bathrooms, replaced all the cold and hot water lines throughout the house, and replaced all the sewer lines in the crawl space. We could not recommend them more highly.

Brittingham Plumbing Co. did a great job!! I did however, had one expectation that wasn't met. While assessing the project Charles, the owner indicated that he would be on the jobsite the day of the project, but he was not. I really needed to speak with him directly to navigate the adjustment to the venting aspect of the project. They added a gasline for my stove, cut away sections of my countertop so that the stove could slide in,, and was suppose to install ventilation. Charles highly recommended venting during the project assessment, but it didn't happen. So, I am uncomfortable with the thought of possible carbon monoxide poisoning. I needed an ongoing dedicated conversation about where we landed to feel better.

Prompt response and service. Installation of the water heater had issues. Response to concern was slow. In the end, owner resolved issue to my satisfaction.

Brittingham plumbing was called about a gas line repair. All the other companies I called said it would be apx two weeks before they could come. Brittingham sent someone out the same day and were back the next morning to complete the repair. I would highly recommend Brittingham plumbing for all your plumbing problems. On a scale from 1-10.
