Gold Mech

After several plumbing appointments - some emergency, other such as a residential water heater replacement, toilet repair, etc. - I can not say enough great things about our experience with Gold Mech. Jackson, our plumber, is extremely knowledgeable, organized, professional and responsive. He took the time to explain things and provided exceptional service. We highly recommend Gold Mech!

I've been using Gold Mech for several years now. They have replaced an 18 year old system and maintain my three units. They do a fantastic job at a reasonable price. Their maintenance program is great!

Great service! Came back from vacation on a Sunday with no air! Called them up and came within an hour and got me running again. Got a new system a week later and they knocked off the emergency service charge for getting a new system. Tech came on time and verified everything was working as expected.

Had an appt at 0800. At 0900 called the company. Was told that they had jobs left over from the day before AND the appt scheduler thought the appt was at 2pm because that was what my previous appt was for...from back before CHRISTMAS the previous year! No phone call form them, no 'can we come out today at 2pm'. My spouse had taken the day off so he could ask questions about what we were having installed. The scheduler asked if they could come out the next day! Very poor customer service when it comes to keeping people informed. They either need to train their 'scheduler' or get a new one. We have had service done by this company before and they were wonderful. Don't know what happened but it has gone downhill. Taking my business elsewhere. 1/31/22....Had an appt at 2:30 today. Spouse called to confirm appt this morning. Got a call at 2:00, called at 2:25 to be told that they needed to reschedule because they have 3 service calls for heating. I'm sorry, what you don't have enough technicians? Was told they would need to reschedule to Wednesday and when I ask what time in the afternoon, she told me that they would need to come in the morning. You know, I thought that they might have changed since the post above...apparently not. Anyway, I told her the last time we had an appt. scheduled, they didn't show up...see above. I also told her that I would have to discuss it with my spouse. About 10 minutes later, she called and said the technician could come today! What? Those 3 other service calls went away? I told her don't bother. We will be finding someone else who is more reliable and more customer oriented.

Best HVAC service in the area and we have been through a few. Hutto was absolutely the worst and money hungry with Gold Mech being on the much better opposite end of the spectrum. Great, fast and very friendly service. They thoroughly explain everything they need to do and after you agree they start the work. They ask you questions before assessing instead of just walking in telling you what they think is the issue. They are the only company we will use while stationed here. They also give a military discount.

Gold Mech Services Inc. is the heating and air side of the company. Friendly, fast, reliable and professional services! I would definitely recommended Gold Mech Services to anyone looking for any heating and air needs whether it is for residential, commercial or industrial. I would also recommend Gold Mech Inc. for any and all plumbing needs! They both worked on projects at my home and they will be the company I always use and recommend!

Gold Mechanical is the best air conditioning company around! plumbing work- sorry company. First of all we call to get work done with an appointment scheduled for Monday. Monday comes around and no one shows for he scheduled time. The next day, someone magically appears but they were not scheduled to appear- no one called us to inform us they were not showing on Monday and did not call to inform us that someone was just showing up on Tuesday (unannounced and without notice). Tuesday they showed at the resident but did not complete the work - said they will be back and no one showed. Wend. no one showed, so we made arrangements for Today (Thursday morning @10am) well- guess what no one showed. When the mechanic showed it was after 3pm and even the mech. claimed he needed something for his camera and did not return. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR ATTENTION WITH THESE MONEY GRABBING BANDITS- TOTTAL SCAM TEHSE CONTRACTORS ARE OUT TO GET MONEY AND IF YOUR JOB ISN;T BIG BUCKS OR HIGH DOLLARS YOU WILL NOT GET ANY ATTENTION- TRUST ME WE HAVE MORE POEPLE TO CHOSE FROM BUT WE SELECTED THIS COPANY FROM SOMEONE THAT USED THEM. Customer service is piss poor and they do not communicate but they expect you to wait on them until they want to show up - TO GET OVERITME PAY CLOSE TO 5PM. TOTAL SCAM AND DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.
