I don’t even know where to start. We called to schedule an appointment and were able to get one pretty soon. My husband took the day off, NO show. We both tried to call the office multiple times. Finally, hours later we received a call back and were told she doesn’t have a number to the technician to check on the status, but she will have them come by first thing in the morning. We took off ANOTHER day of work. NO SHOW. Couldn’t get a hold of anyone until we decided to drive to the office location. After a weak apology a technician showed up two days after our second appointment. I do not recommend this company. Horrible customer service!!!

I recent purchased my home and unfortunately the builder’s warranty company uses this business. I made two separate appointments that no one showed up for. I took time off from work and never received a phone call to let me know that they weren’t coming. I contacted Huttos a third time and was told that they would look into the issue and give me a call back. I finally got a call back two days later after reaching out to the warranty company to file a complaint. They came to my home to repair the problem informed my son that they needed to replace a pipe and left without saying a word. Now I’m here wondering what is the next step and are they coming back? The level of unprofessionalism is astounding. I am very dissatisfied with the service that I have received thus far. If I had any other choice it would not be this company. I wish I could give negative stars.

The main water shut off to my new home ruptured. The plumbing was installed by Hutto. My home warranty told me to call Hutto for repair. After 5 calls with no answer, mailbox full, finally a woman answered. Indifferent and irritated, she advised she would call me back the next morning and have a repair person respond out. No call, no show, now answer. I found a different company and had to pay out of pocket. Save yourself the hassle of this very unprofessional "business. "

Had to have my pump replaced twice within 1 year of a brand new build. Finally contacted someone to fix their mistake. The unprofessionalism and lack of customer service is beyond measure. If I could give a negative star I would. Placed a less than standard (plastic) pump in a brand new $300+K home and refused to service the pump until we complained and talked to the owner. Left the work area a messed and left with out even acknowledging the owner. DO NOT USE THEM!!!

I had been using this company for years, they have gone down hill... Missing appointments, no return calls, they will lie about work being completely and worest of all I paid them up front and I still had to hire another plumber nto finish the work.. Stay away from the Company!!!

I have tried calling this business at least 30 times with no answer, every single time... They came out to take a look at my kitchen sink that is rusting and then said they would order the part, never have heard back and it's been 3 weeks.

This company is extremely unprofessional. They do not return customers phone calls, and apparently do not warranty their work. DO NOT use this company. You were warned.
