Jack from Meetze Plumbing did a fantastic job installing the plumbing for our new kitchen sink. He was professional, punctual, and clearly knew his craft. My water heater went out Saturday and I made an appointment with Meetze Plumbing online for Monday. Tim and another employee came out to my home and looked at my water heater. He was very informative and explained everything to me completely. He provided me with different options that I could do and which products would fit my needs. I received same day service and it didn’t take to long for them to complete job. Tim and the other employee were very courteous and professional. After the job was done Tim explained everything that was done and provided pictures. He even answered questions that I had in reference to the new water heater. I was very impressed with the service. I will be using Meetze Plumbing again in the future.

About 56 years I have been paying for an insurance program and as we all age, we don’t read the fine print as it turned out. I called my insurance company and told him what the problem was and again it happens on the weekend when everybody is taking the time off, they assigned me three different companies of which I never heard anything back from, and yet my hot water heater was dripping water in my garage. I had to get it replaced or fixed or whatever is wrong with it knowing that I was accepted that I would have to buy a new water heater not knowing the price short story nobody return my phone calls , I called my son and say you have a plumber and he told me about I called them. They sent somebody out on Sunday. They arrive between about 9 o’clock in the morning. They stayed till 530 at night. Everything cleaned it up repaired everything made sure the pressure was correct And replace the water heater. I didn’t called my insurance company and told them one. I don’t need their services because nobody has returned my call and I had to get a plumber repair my water heater 12 1/2 years of what it is they wouldn’t cover it. I asked them I said well why am I paying for this insurance policy that doesn’t cover it is in the fine print and you have to re-read your contract. I told them I said cancel the three people no longer need them , and they have taken care of the situation. They came out and explained to me everything I need to know and make a decision. They did everything possible to reduce the cost and make sure that I had the proper water pressure to my house and water heater they sell devices in there that need to be done in case something else ever happens , the plumber and his assistant were friendly. Very considerate gave me every kind of deduction drop the cost of the hot water heater down to $2000 less than they originally started and provided I provided all the deductions they could possibly give you. They save me over $2000 to have it all replaced to shut off systems that I was no longer using Backflow and the sprinkler system. I would recommend this company for anybody. They are on time. They are very polite professional their plumber. Mr Stanley is great. I think them for their kind and professional service. They stayed there until they got everything accomplished him one day, which took me three days to just cancel now I’m going to review my contract and I’m going to contact the insurance company and I will no longer spend the money to cover items that will come up not covered because of some kind of clause that is so small you can’t even read it again thank you guys so much. I hope I don’t have to use you again, but I have the confidence that something goes wrong and it can you guys will be there for the guarantee on the product and they are and will come out on the weekend when things breakdown again thank you so much and your company. Our Maytag dishwasher died, and we replaced it with a Whirlpool from Lowe's. When I asked about installation, I was told it would take two weeks (Lowe's is horribly slow at everything). So, we had Lowe's deliver the dishwasher and I called Meetze Plumbing for the install. Yes, it was more expensive, but it was also next day service. Marshall and his trainee were early to the appointment, which I appreciated. Marshall's estimate also included a look at all of our plumbing "just in case." I did take his recommendation to add separate quick "shut offs" to the water intake for the dishwasher and sink, and he also replaced very old connections under the sink. Marshall's communication was excellent, his know-how was excellent, and he kept the job moving efficiently. I have used Meetze Plumbing several times and have always had great service and work. The dishwasher install was no exception.
