We called today at about 8:00 AM (Saturday) due to water leakage under one of our rentals. I had already gone and turned off the main. The plumber arrived at a little after noon and started working on it before he provided us with an estimate which ended up being $880 to replace a pressure reducing valve. My wife asked him why it was so much and his response was "You called me on a Saturday God D### it! What did you expect?" There was no provocation and no cause for such foul language. I'd never recommend this plumber due to his lack of professionalism. He also demanded immediate payment but refused to provide an invoice at payment. Very unprofessional. The only reason I gave him the another star is because he did conduct the repair.

We had a hidden leak that caused our Augusta Utilities bill to skyrocket. Mike made it over to us right away, honed in immediately on the problem, had it fixed within a couple of hours, and charged a quarter what Universal Plumbing quoted and did not have to dig up the yard as UP said they would. Mike is very knowledgeable and works like it's second nature. I have more projects for the future I plan to call Mike for. Thank you, Mike!!!

Mike came out on a Sunday, fixed my leaking commode and repaired shut off valve. I have used him multiple times snd will continue. He does excellent work!

Called about a burst water pipe. Said he was too busy, then asked if I had ever been a customer before. I said “no, I haven’t needed to call a plumber in Augusta before”, to which immediately hung up on me. Needless to say I will never be a customer with service like that. Offered no help, no recommendations of other providers he would recommend. As a provider of home repair services I would expect a company to handle this situation in more of a professional manner.

My realtor recommended Precision Plumbing to me. Since then, I only trust this company. Mike is knowledgeable and professional, and he does high-quality work! I am grateful that Precision Plumbing is located in Augusta, GA.

This company is awesome. I had a malfunctioning pressure reducer valve. Mike came out right away and fixed it. He explained all my other turn off switches to me. He found the problem right away just by me explaining what was going on with my toilets and faucets. He cleaned up behind himself after the work was done. I did not have to worry about a thing. His price is very reasonable. I will be calling him in the future if I have any other plumbing issues.

Very unprofessional and rude!!! Our phone conversation… Me: Hello, I was calling because my hot water heater is leaking water. Him: You need a new hot water heater? Me: I am not sure if ig needs to be replaced, I just know that it is leaking water. Him: it does not matter because I can get to you until about three weeks. And he hangs up the phone🤦🏽‍♀️🤔.
