Just had a tankless hot water heater installed. From the time I called the office and spoke to the owners daughter, the service was friendly and phenomenal. They came the same day when they heard I had no hot water, without charging me a service fee. The owner was extremely nice and and gave fair pricing. We need more honest service companies like this in the world. If you need a plumber call these folks.

Mr. Ronnie Cooke did an awesome job on the leak in our kitchen. He went above and beyond as far as customer service goes. Would highly recommend.

Mr Kyle Hakinson came right away, fixed toilet. Went under house to check a valve and walked water to street and through home to make sure where problem was and if there were additional issues. I was able to understand everything he went over and he was very patient and kind. He found 2 baby possums under house as well : ). I can’t say enough good things about him. I received a 1st time discount and felt he was very reasonable. Best part was his thoroughness, patience and kindness. Daughter Ashley who made appointment and answered.phone was just lovely, very kind and patient as well. I will never go anywhere else! Wonderful experience.

I have had nothing bt excellent service. I will never call another plumbing company, If it breaks Ricky Jay will make it right with one phone call. Give them atry. You will be satisfied with the repair, or install.

Kyle is the best! We had a plumbing emergency because we are in the process of selling our house and needed someone to come out the same day we realized we had an issue. They gave a swift response and delivery. So appreciated - Kyle you’re a lifesaver!

I wanted to share my experience with RickyJay plumbing.i called and told them that the gas company shut off our gas because we had a leak they came out changed out our gas pipes.
