Yesterday I received a courtesy call from Yohe Plumbing asking if they could reschedule for today. This was perfect for us and we gladly rescheduled. Dylan and Garrett came out today and fixed my loose toilet. From the beginning both gentlemen were professional, polite and friendly. They quickly got to the task at hand and took care of the problem. After they efficiently resolving the problem, they explained what had been wrong. Dylan and Garrett and all the folks I have dealt with at Yohe are excellent representatives of your company and have earned these accolades. Yohe has my highest recommendation. Blessings to you all.

A zero would be more preferable to describe both the customer service, and quality of work. If you're in need of a plumber that wastes your time, costs you additional money and doesn't finish the work you've come to the right place!

Great company , we are currently In the middle of trying to get it all fixed but price wise they aren’t trying to rip you off like Jordan air . And they don’t make you feel like a jackass for needed there help , the guys who came to my home were super nice I think Keith is his name I’m awful with them but if your in this area I’d suggest using them

Yohe was absolutely amazing . I had an issue with my hot water heater and water at my house and I called this company which operates like a family. They gave me a quick appointment and came on time. The boys who helped me were so helpful and sweet. They were knowledgeable and respectful and helpful . I just can’t say how thankful I am that they came.

Unprofessional, the way they treated us. We've been renovating our home and called Yohe to have a PVC drain pipe replaced and the remnants of cast iron pipe removed. They said the lady who answers calls was busy and would get back to us soon. Not a problem, except she never called us back. We ended up having to call them again the next day, when they were able to schedule an inspector to check out the job and give us a quote. Again, fine. As long as the job's moving forward. So we got the quote. $3,900 for two workers to spend one day on our pipes. That's insulting. The cost of materials is $500 *at most*, so we're supposed to believe we're paying these workers $200 an hour, or else they've had to buy all new equipment to cut some pipes. Clearly they didn't want to work with us and, rather than tell us as much, they've offered a ridiculous price so we're the ones to decline the deal. If they had told us a residential job is small fry for them, then fair enough. If they'd referred us to someone else who may be able to work with us, even better. But this kind of bridge burning isn't the way.

Shawn and the folks at Yohee are absolutely the professionals to be emulated. They’re efficient, they’re effective, they’re expeditious, they Have beyond reasonable prices; their knowledge about what their service is beyond reproach.
