Dirty Mike's Septic & Hydro Jetting service

Mike was very prompt and got us taken care of quickly. Our issue started on Sunday and we called Monday. Mike came out Monday to assess the situation at the end of his busy work day. He was able to identify the issue and get our clog cleared out so we could use our things inside the house until he could come back the next day and pump our septic system and replace a faulty pipe in side the tank that was causing the back up. Sure enough Tuesday morning they were here early and got everything handled and got us back up and running. The price was very reasonable compared to other companies in the area. If you’re having issues or just need your septic pumped don’t hesitate to call these guys for top notch service.

Outstanding service. Blake was great and took time to educate me on the system and tips for maintaining it in between servicing. Super bowl Sunday with folks arriving in the evening is when my system decided to let me know my time was up. They arrived within an hour of calling. Would highly recommend them especially since they are 24/7-365. Customer for life.

Basically saved my life. Was hosting 10(!) people at my home and had a septic emergency. It was bad. Mike picked up my call after 9p and walled me through several things I can check + fix on my own, which got us through the night no problem. Then first thing the next morning his team member Blake showed up and got everything working smooth again. We should be OK for at least a few years but when it’s time for maintenance or (God forbid) another emergency, these will be my guys!

I called Dirty Mike's last Friday morning because I thought I had a busted pipe on my septic tank and in no time, I mean less than an hour he was at my house and already looking before I could get out the door good. Great guy and was very kind and respectful. He even gave me some ideals on how to hide my septic alarm. He was so helpful. Thankfully there were no busted pipes just the guys who extended my patio unplug the alarm/septic when using the receptical and didn't plug it back up. Dirty Mike was kind to tell me what the problem was, plugged it back up and did not charge a fee for coming out or anything. He even gave me a referral to get my landscaping done. I know who I'll be calling and referring for septic needs from this day forward.

I don't recommend folks often but Mike did a wonderful job on my septic tank. Got Covid on Wednesday, septic tank backed up on Thursday. Mike was able to squeeze me in on Friday to pump my tank. He really helped me out in a bad spot. Can't say enough good things about him.

We are new to the Harris County area, and I wanted to find someone we could trust. In an emergency situation, Mike answered our late night call. He walked us through what to do to get by until he could arrive the next morning. He showed up first thing and was beyond thorough. I can’t believe how much effort he put in to solving our problems, and keeping us informed along the way. He’s a hard worker that takes pride is in his work. I won’t be using anyone else. He was beyond reasonable in pricing as well. I really appreciate everything he did for us.
