Our landlord uses them whenever we have a plumbing issue, which seems to be often unfortunately. However, whenever Mussellman comes out, they do a great job. They’re responsive, communicate well, are professional, and always get the job done. We’re very grateful to them for all of their help. I recommend them highly!

Jim came out to replace a toilet - the old one had stopped flushing all the way years before, and I had finally bought a replacement at Home Depot. A couple years before I had had a very trustworthy handyman try to fix the old toilet and he couldn't do it. Jim came out and said he could fix it, which he proceeded to do. With a new water pump and flapper, the cost came to a lot less than the cost of installing a new one. And I can get my money back from Home Depot. Jim is one of the best!

We had a leak under our sink late on a week night for which could not determine the source. We turned off everything inside the house but that did not stop the problem and we were forced to cut off water to the house from the front yard. Musselman was recommended to me by a good friend. I called at 8 a.m. and Jim was at my house and had the problem fixed by 9:30 a.m. at a price that was more than fair. I'd never met him before, but he treated me and solved the problem like he knew me. Musselman Maintenance gets my highest recommendation.
