Zurn Plumbing Service

Zurn is now my go-to-plumber after my first experience with them. Great service and great experience. After a different plumber proposed and quoted me a less-than-ideal "old school" solution for my problematic old rusted cast-iron pipes leading to the sewer, I called Zurn. Zurn gave me a competitive price for a far superior high-tech solution that allows the pipes to be replaced in-place. It's like magic. The entire crew was fantastic and professional. Matt Zurn was also very involved and engaged. In addition, during their work I asked spur-of-the-moment about completely unrelated plumbing work that I had been wanting to get done. Zurn did all that substantial extra work that same day with a crew of 3 in addition to the pipe work. Can't beat that service and turnaround time. I also appreciate that Zurn is a local, family-owned business. I always prefer local businesses with roots in the community over extractive private-equity-owned businesses where the only things that matter are numbers in spreadsheets.

Hired Zurn to perform an inspection of our sewer in a house we were buying and a truly honest mistake was made, and work was missed. Matthew Zurn owned up to the mistake and took responsibility and was able to still help us resolve an issue in a very timely manner. Customer service is exceptional and I will continue to recommend Zurn to friends and family.

Excellent job replacing our sewer pipe and also came out to inspect the home for other plumbing issues and were very knowledgeable. Respectful of the home, take pictures of the work as they go and share with you at the end. Would hire them again.

Can't say enough good things about the service we got from Zurn. No one ever likes to hear that their small leak will likely mean a new water heater, but Mitchell impressed us with his negotiation with the manufacturer for a warrantied replacement. We felt that his customer service went above and beyond, keeping us in the loop at every step of the way and making sure that we were aware of all of our options and expected timing. Mitchell and his team of Reeves and Simon did an excellent job of getting the problem diagnosed and installing the new unit. We will absolutely choose Zurn for any future plumbing needs!

The technicians from Zurn who performed a fairly big job of replacing 45 feet of old, rusted cast iron pipes were fantastic. That extends to the techs who conducted the initial inspection and estimate as well. Not only did they do the work in a timely and non-disruptive manner — we had a newborn baby that slept through all of it — but they took time to explain how the repairs came to be needed and what steps could be taken in the future to ensure maximum shelf life. Most of all though, they were ethical and fair in their pricing, ultimately knocking a significant chunk off the final bill because the job ended up taking less time than originally expected. Finding a plumber is like finding a mechanic or barber — once you have one you trust, you feel so much better about whatever might go wrong. I have found that with Zurn.

They are Usually great and very professional but a bit disappointed on our last encounter. Called them to come detect a gas leak inside the house. The guys showed up without the machine (sniffer) and proceeded to go around the house smelling to identify the source with no success and offered to do a pressure testing for $1500 plus. We expected better considering we paid a dispatch fee of $69.

Called yesterday on the emergency line because we had a leak in the building, coming through the walls of several units. Left my name, address and phone number, and their voicemail message said they would call back in 15 - 20 minutes. Still haven’t gotten a call back over 24 hours later. Good thing we were able to find the issue and stop the leak ourselves but we’ll be calling someone else in the future if needed.

A great company. Price is fair, work is top notch, and they do an amazing job explaining what’s going on and what’s needed. We will use them for all of our plumbing needs.
