Our service was awesome! The tech came out at 9 am, our exact appt time. He was very polite and his service was done in a timely manner and was very professional. He even called his senior tech/boss upon completion to discuss his work in detail. Both gentlemen were professional and so friendly. The price was fair and it is good knowing that you get not only good techs but knowledge that the company as a whole brings. I would recommend The Plumber over and over again. You will not be disappointed!

We had some problems with reoccurring clogs on our sink , called these guys and they found the issue in less then a hour after listening to me ! Definitely will be calling them next time ! Thank you guys !

We have used The Plumber (Zylas) many times and have always had a great experience! He is dependable, knowledgeable, professional, reasonable, and has always gotten the job done. He has always taken care of us, as well as our customers. He is very reliable and always shows up, which is more than you can say about many others! We recently had a MAJOR emergency leak, in the late evening, at a commercial job and he arrived within 15 minutes and saved the day, along with thousands of dollars!! I would highly recommend them!

Zylas and Noah came after 5pm on a Friday night to fix a mess a different plumbing company had essentially caused. They were kind, professional, helpful, and efficient in repairing our sump pump issues and removing over a foot deep of standing water under our house. They told us what to expect for the cost and they followed through within budget. They stayed until after 8pm to make sure the repair stuck and the pump was working again. The guys even walked us through turning on and off our water since we had never done it before. Thank you so much for all your help!!

Very sad that I even find the need to do this review. Very nice guys but work was not quality. Replaced cartridge in master wash area but when turned on the faucet still leaks, installed chair height toilet that isn't very secured to the floor in master bath area, relaced fill valve in powder room but toilet continues to refill and you cannot shutoff water supply. Called twice said he'd call to schedule. Then called him again he set time to come back bu then ran over at previous appointment. I have texted to remind him im still awaiting. Its been over a month. Cannot recommend at this time.

These guys are awesome! Quality work, always on time, very courteous! I'll use them again. I used this service again for a difficult leak in a recirculating pump. Problem was repaired with money saved!! On time and job well done!
