Onsite Plumbing

Had 2 appointments to get a quote, both times they called me and said they had an emergency and couldn't make it. 3rd time they sent a guy who doesn't do the actual field lines. He told me the other guy would have to come back out on Monday. Monday came and went. I called them and they said they weren't coming back out and they had my quote. I set it up for the following Monday. They called that morning and said their equipment was broke down and it would be later in that day. I called at lunch and they said it wasn't fixed. I told them to move it to the next day so it would not stretch over two days. Next morning they called and said still broke down but they could contract it to another company. I said I could wait and wanted them to do the work. Wednesday they call and say they are on their way to my house to look over the job because they can be there Thursday. I meet Gabe and another guy at my house and walk over the job with them. They said they are still going to contract out the work since their equipment is down, but they trust the other guy and they would be there for the job. Gabe promised they would have it done the next day. Thursday morning they call me when they were supposed to be onsite and tell me they will not be able to do the job at all. Sorry. Said the other company backed out on them. I've had some poor experiences with people before, but this was sad. Gabe seemed like a good guy and I wanted him to handle the job, this company just doesn't seem up to the task.

Excellent service for a reasonable price. I needed a pressure regulator replaced. The man was very knowledgeable and completed the job in less than an hour. He also showed up right on time. Will definitely call them again if I need a plumber

Buyer BEWARE. This company STEALS MONEY FOR A LIVING. That IS how they make their living. These other reviews are from family (also involved in the family con business). Check Yelp and BBB reviews. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. Use ANYONE but this business. And, if someone refers you to this company, you may want to question who is referring you to these people (the criminal activity being conducted by OnSite Plumbing likely involves others outside of just OnSite's company). They are currently embroiled in lawsuits and bankruptcies in an attempt to avoid paying back stolen funds. Their criminal activities border on the stupid so there's no question they are now caught up but FYI, so YOU don't get caught up w/these ppl. These ppl even involve their children in their criminal actions. It's tragic. Truly tragic.

Great experience with Onsite Plumbing! They did everything they said they would. Great customer service and service work. Will definitely use them again, if needed, and highly recommend.

Gabe at Onsite plumbing is hardworking, honest and very professional. He is one of the best plumbers in Chattanooga and I highly recommend him.

They did a great job...Came out the next morning and had it fixed. (They even called and we’re able to come earlier than expected. )

Spent 2 different days waiting on appointment, only to be told that they wouldn't be able to make it. I get that things happen, but WE HAD TO CALL THEM to find out they weren't coming! Called today... number goes straight to voicemail!
