We hired this company to do a metal roof. They were inconsistent with communication. Showed up late on the first day and only stayed for a couple hours, my roof only has part of the framing done. They were supposed to come back and they never showed up again. Said it would take a week. I understand rain got in the way for a few days and they said they would call us Monday, never called. My husband finally got ahold of them and said we just want a refund because the inconsistency was ridiculous. Still haven’t received that money. They still have 3500 of our money and are now not returning calls/text. It has now been two weeks since my initial review. After I posted my husband received a text asking how he would like the refund. But yet here we are and no refund. I’m not sure what being behind on schedule would have to do with getting a refund to a customer. Also you would think if there were delays in service you would be in contact with your customer, not ignoring their calls/texts.

Filed a warranty claim with Choice Home Warranty and this is the company they used. I was given an appointment time of 3-8 pm but they never showed. I tried call but couldn’t leave a message. Choice Home Warranty called and they (Choice Home Warranty) were told by this company that I would be contacted. Glad I didn’t actually pay them. Seems like the reviews are true. Stay far away from this company. They do not seem to be professional at all.

Cortese and Jeffrey are CON ARTISTS! They signed up for our lead generation service and we sent them 4 quality customers. They then cancelled their credit card number and never paid us. They stole hundreds of dollars from us. DO NOT TRUST ALA ROOFING THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN! BEWARE! PROCEED AT YOUR OWN RISK!

I was very impressed with the work that was done on my roof. They were very efficient and got it done quick in an important time of need. Customer service was great and I felt like I was in excellent hands. I’d recommend ALA roofing and construction to anyone looking to get a roof job done for an affordable price and in no time.

Well how are you based out of Atlanta when you have a business address in Phenix City and just because you applied for a business license from the state of Ga which is based out of Atlanta doesn't make you from Atlanta. (Will follow with proof later today) Also, just FYI the address you are using for this company on here anyways, is the same address I had you served at! Please be aware of this company. Also, this company has changed there name use to be FNS construction and also Liberty Roofing and who know what else. Seems every time they get caught in shady deals they change their name. The owner Mr. Cortese Crowell or business partner he maybe now no telling is a liar and a thief. I hired him and his company last year and they did a very bad job on the work they did and stole the remainder of my money. I did take him to court back in March of this year and was awarded my full deposit back, which he has not paid me yet. I am not the only one he has done this to seems to be a trend with Mr. Crowell hence why he changes his company name so much. But I have not heard from him or his business partner who told that I would be paid and I would hear something this was about 6 weeks ago and still nothing. And to you Mr. Crowell changing your name of your company and getting licensed now doesn't make you a good business owner or make you responsible. The responsible thing would be to be a man and pay me the money you owe me and the other people you stole from. So with that being said if you decide to hire this Mr. Crowell and his company you do at your own risk. Hopefully the other people he is screwed over will see this and post about him as well.

Do not trust this company to do any work. Hired them to do my roof, they came out gave an estimate we paid and haven't heard from them since, after numerous phone calls. A Lawsuit is in progress.

Ala Roofing did an excellent job replacing my roof. They were professional, timely, had fair pricing, and the work was great. I would definitely utilize their services again.

Very professional always responds keeps me updated with materials and work progress I feel at ease knowing I contacted this company did a great job highly recommend!!!!! They came at the agreed upon time and finished beautifully
