Benjamin Franklin Plumbing had a technician drive almost an our for our emergency request. Jason was extremely professional, went above and beyond, and did an amazing job in a very muddy workspace. He remained an hour after to ensure the job was done right. Highly recommend their services.

I called Ben Franklin Plumbing due to a water leak in pipes/valve and water was everywhere! The receptionist was great and was able to get me on the schedule right away. My technician was Seth and he was fantastic. He was professional, knowledgeable, explained the situation and solution, quoted me (what I thought was a reasonable price under the circumstances) and fixed it quickly. I would definitely recommend Ben Franklin Plumbing and Seth for plumbing work in the future!

Service men were polite and thorough in the removal of our hot water heater and the installation of a new hot water heater. Service included the removal of debris and checking attic to make sure everything was vented correctly. These men worked overtime on a Friday night without any complaints. Strongly recommend!

I love Ben Franklin Plumbing! We go to them for everything we need related to plumbing services. It is true that they can be pricey with some services but the warranties they provide make up for that. After you become their customer, they are always willing to assist on the fly. Also they are so understanding regarding finances, they will do anything they can to help and those options never result in a reduction of quality service. Also they are very kind and I have never felt uncomfortable with them in my home like I have with other companies in town. As a female, this is such an important quality. They do excellent work and I am always confident in their knowledge. They do not upsell, give me the run around, or take advantage of my lack of expertise. I completely recommend!!

I had a slow drip (5/6 seconds per drip) coming from the area highlighted in the picture. There is a $99 fee for coming out to observe the issue, I have no complaints about that. The plumber said he would have to cut a larger hole in the wall, no problems there. They quote three hours and… $1795. I understand there inflation and skilled labor requires skill and that costs money. This is a ridiculous price to charge for this task.

I had a hidden water leak that over the course of only a few hours caused a lot of damage. The Ben Franklin team got to me quickly, stopped the leak and set me up with a mitigation team. They then came back and provided the needed pipe repairs. Technicians were friendly, prompt and very informative. The schedulers and intake staff were courteous and answered my zillion questions. Recommended.
