Great experience with this company. This was my first time using them and definitely will not be my last. From the initial phone call which was very pleasant and professional and then to the appointment itself. The technician called and told me he was on his way. He was right on time. Explained everything to me , Trey was very professional and knowledgeable. Keep up the good work !! Good customer service is still around !!!!

My hot water heater went out. Called Hays Plumbing. They came out the same day w/estimate and had some hot water heaters on truck so went ahead & replaced. Job went smooth. Couldn't have asked for better service! 5 out 5 stars all the way around. From the first call, to the service guy, to the parts on the truck to immediate & same day service, to friendly & competent employees. Loved it. Will certainly call again with any future plumbing needs. Highly recommend!!

Hays plumbing was great to work with. We had a leaking sink at our office that we needed taken care of fast. We called Hays plumbing and Ryan and Liz got us on their books within a timely manner. The gentlemen that came in to do the job worked very fast, proficient and professionally. I know who we will be calling for all our future plumbing needs if an arise. Thank you Hays Plumbing!

Absolutely disrespectful and unprofessional called them for a quote and told them I had quotes from other companies like Ben Franklin and they proceeded that the price they gave me was too high and said they take advantage of people and they wouldn’t be like that and then afterwards sent me a quote that was 2,000 more than every other company in the area and I replied that I was going with another company’s quote after they sent several back to back telling me to accept their quote. they must of had hurt feelings because they had replied twice with disrespectful remarks after I respectfully responded I was accepting the other quote.

Incredible service. 5 stars 🌟 plus. Fast, friendly, and very thorough. Trey (service personnel) is highly professional, knowledgeable, and so very kind. Any sort of plumbing issue can be costly, but Hays plumbing is very reasonable and will answer any questions you might have. Highly recommend. Support small business!

Too Expensive! Trey was very nice and professional but he was only here 1 1/2 hours. He unclogged drain in kitchen and 1 bathroom. The price was $520.00. I think that is way too high. They don't bill so be ready to pay before they leave the house.

Awesome and prompt service from Hays Plumbing. I recently used Hays to do some repair work in our bathroom. Set up appt to have drain cleared in a kitchen sink, they came out made a few attempts to clear drain, never said a word about having problems. An hour later they packed up their tools and told me to call another plumber they can't fix it?? That's why I called a professional, not only that but sink won't drain at all now. This is not good business. Never was given next step to fix they just left.
