Had an emergency plumbing issue. They responded quickly and sent a technician with the hour. The job I thought would be mission impossible but the technician was very professional. He gave me a quote for the work that had to be done and even had to go get parts. With the additional work required the adjusted quote was very reasonable. Now I know someone that I can trust for quality work that needs to be done.

I had an emergency plumbing situation. I called and spoke over the phone with the on -call plumber G. Even though I did not use this company (as my plumbing issue was covered through my Home warranty company) G was so gracious and kind. He answered over the phone some questions that I had. He was very helpful during my time of need. I really do appreciate the help and guidance that he graciously gave me. Thank you, Mr G!

5++++. Roto-Rooter is the way to go. I called five different plumbers in the area and all of them were trying to charge me up to $5000 just to tell me it was clogged. David came out here and cleaned it and cleared it within two minutes and it didn’t cost an arm and a leg. Definitely choose Roto-Rooter and ask for David. He is so professional, nice and actually walked me through the whole process!!🙌

I am sincerely satisfied with the service from Roto-Rooter in Columbus, GA (2024). This technician, Terry, has excellent knowledge and experience. He made sure everything was done right from start to finish. This is the second time they have done work for me. The last time was in 2019 on a completely different repair. I was just as pleased with the technician’s work this time around as I was the last time. Expert workmanship, very thorough, respectful, understanding, courteous, reasonable…I highly recommend!
