Horrible company if you do lot use insurance they refuse to speak to you or come up with any solutions. My fellow investor was price gouged by this company. This is a local investor and they treat him like an insurance company shameful. 7 fans in a home plus removing 2 feet of LVP is $4800.00 really?

Great team. SerClean not only mitigated multi-floor water damage effectively and rapidly to prevent a mold situation, they also walked me through the insurance process, assisted me talking to my insurance adjuster, and made sure my husband and I understood what was happening and why it was important. Good communication and very nice teams throughout. I can confidently recommend them.

These guys were wonderful!!! They were courteous and respectful. They got in, did the work and were complimented with very minimal disturbance to me. I would call them first if I ever needed the same service again.

Every person we interacted with from SerClean was absolutely great! CJ, Steve, and Jacob were all super friendly, helpful, and ensured we were comfortable with everything being done. You could tell they take pride in their job and wanted to do the best job possible. I could not have asked for a better team of people to help us and would recommend them to anyone!

Working with SerClean has been very professional. The workers and manager were all polite and professional, taking care not to interfere with our personal schedules but still getting the job done. The reason that I gave 4 starts is because their first visit was conducted under the offer of a free estimate, yet I never received one until just before the job was completed in my home. I was not expecting work to begin within minutes of them entering my home. But the work had to be done due to the level of damage to our bathroom and first floor ceiling. But I was expecting an work estimate on the job before work began and that is not what I received. The report is to be sent to our insurance provider soon, so hoping that this task provides a productive result as well.
