Superior Plumbing

Negative: Overcharged $300+ for incomplete work, sink still broken, and customer told to find another plumber. Manager defended the policy of charging for unsuccessful work. Recommends Paramount Plumbing.
Positive: Quickly fixed a leak.

Was charged over $300 for work that was not able to be completed. I was left with a sink that didn't work and was told to call someone else. Just spoke to the manager and was told this was standard practice and customers are held responsible for paying for all work that is unsuccessful. I would recommend Paramount Plumbing - they came out and fixed the issue and told me I only have to pay for successful work at their company!!

Fixed the leak quickly!
