We had to have the plumbing in our bathroom reconnected. It took the guy they sent about 10 trips to get done and then our sink wouldn't drain. They finally sent a different Plumber and he fixed that issue. The first Plumber really shouldn't be a Plumber. After a little over a month I had to go under the house and the drain to our toilet was leaking. We called them and they said it had been over a month and they only guarantee their work for 30 days. It was obvious that the first Plumber didn't do it properly, but they would only fix it with a new charge. How were we suppose to know something was leaking out of the drain for the toilet. We had already paid them over 3000 dollars. This was after their first estimate of 750 dollars. I do not recommend them. They do not stand by their work and send people out that know nothing about plumbing. Use them at your own risk.

Johnny expertly put in our new sink, faucet and garbage disposal, cleaned up the mess and even found time to fix my leaky hose connection out front. He didn’t push unnecessary parts or services. When dirt clogged the hot water side, he came back out (on his anniversary and Halloween) to fixed it. Highly recommend if you need reasonable and courteous plumbers.

Brandon installed our water heater quick and the right way. The other technicians completed our estimate, gave helpful advice, and they were honest. Thanks for delivering quality care with our plumbing needs. We have hot water Y’all!

This company has provided professional and knowledgeable service! I love that they take the time to help me to understand what the issues are and provide me with options. Our technician John was very professional , knowledgeable, and kind. He removed our old water heater, disconnected the old water lines, and disabled our electrical outlet. He installed a new tankless water heater, including the new gas and water lines. He was very neat did not leave a mess. He also removed and installed a new water cartridge in spare shower ensuite. We received 5 star service from the receptionist, technician, and the owner. What a trustworthy family owned company. We will definitely refer all friends & family and use this company for future plumbing needs.

Pamelas Plumbing is absolutely amazing! I started dealing with this company through my home warranty plan from American Home Shield and I couldn't be more happier! I recently had a hot water heater go out and a frozen pipe burst in my home and Pamela's Plumbing came out asap. John was very knowledgeable and thorough. He located the pipe almost immediately and was in and out and no time. John knows his stuff, let me tell u. Brandon came out next day to install hot water heater and was so polite and made quite the impression on my dogs lol. Mrs. Pamela is always so professional and the fact that its a woman-owned company is a major plus and find it so cool that she gives all women a discount! U just can't go wrong with Pamela's Plumbing. Im a devoted customer and highly satisfied with the service they provide. They are my go-to plumbing company FOREVER!

I have American Home Shield and it has come in handy many times though it does have it drawbacks, none of which are the fault of any of the HVAC guys or plumbers they have sent to my house. Pamela's Plumbing saved my family from an eternity of cold showers. My wife and kids are the most thankful for running hot water. Pamela's Plumbing was a bit short staffed at the time they came out to help us so it did take a few days longer than what we wanted but it was not in their control much like they had to wait on AHS to approve the replacement of my hot water tank. They had us scheduled but still came out earlier than what they said they could do. They were polite and friendly as well as fast and cleaned up all the mess that comes with the job. I am extremely grateful for their help. They can come back anytime. PS They are hiring for a couple plumbers and apparently will train you IF you are willing to learn.

Brandon and Connor did a great job. My water heater was leaking and had a few parts that weren’t up to code. They were able to get me an appointment next day. They were awesome, efficient and explained to me what they were doing and why (which for someone who doesn’t understand plumbing was a super helpful thing in understanding how to care for my house)
