Johnson Plumbing was called to my house because my tankless water heater quit giving us hot water. The service tech was supposed to be here between 10-12 and did not end up coming until 4:30. This was not the companies fault, they just got stuck at another job. The tech was only able to run diagnostics at this time and not able to actually repair the tank this visit. This was also fine. The problem lies with the dispatcher. Not only was she rude to the tech and I heard the conversation, she was also rude to me the following day on the phone. The company also wants to charge a full extra hour ($100) for the 10 min extra that the service tech was at my house. He was only here 70 minutes. I do not feel that 10 minutes warrants a full $100 in addition to the service fee and 1st hour that I paid for. It is not good for business to have someone in customer service that is willing to be unprofessional to their customers. Since this visit we have called Hammond's Services and had quick service, affordable flat rates, and pleasant/professional conversations with the staff.

Called out to diagnose a natural gas leak on a commercial property, not only were they inaccurate in their detecting skills they refuse to waive their gas detection fee. They say they detected the gas so the customer must pay the detection fee even if they were nowhere close to where the actual gas leak was. To top it off they refuse to provide a w9, unprofessional, inaccurate, and inflexible when they make mistakes. In this instance they put over a hundred people at risk by pretending to fix a leak, only to have it red tagged by Atlanta gas. Thank goodness we were directed to a local plumber that came in on time, under budget, and has since done over ten thousand in repair work with plenty more work going their way. At the end of the day we are glad their inaccurate detection, and faulty repairs didn’t kill anyone, but feel the need to warn others in this community.

I understand emergency and I understand Saturday however $400.00 for a service to do nothing but turn a value off. The repairs will be $ 1100.00. That's what you call taking advantage of a situation.

Amazing customer service for your gas and plumbing needs. Will continue to be a repeat customer!! I used Johnson about 2 years ago off a Google search to move my gas line. They were quick to respond and were able to schedule my appointment quickly. The technician was very professional and efficient, ensuring he completed the job to my expectations and much quicker than I expected. The other day, I was in a jam for plumbing assistance with my new kitchen sink. The lady at Johnson (I’m so sorry I can’t remember your name—began with an M) listened to my issue, understood the importance and showed compassion to my situation. They sent a technician out the next day. Leo was courteous, friendly & professional which was so appreciated, especially in these times. We discussed the issue and he went quickly to work. The job was done wonderfully and the bill wasn’t too harsh on my wallet which was a relief especially with the supply/demand issues we’re currently facing. If you need heat/gas or plumbing assistance, I strongly recommend you call them as you will not be disappointed.

Very professional. We were able to get immediate service when I had no water. The ladies in the office were very sympathetic and very polite. My water was restored the same day!

Had a pipe bust by our water meter called Johnson Plumbing and they were out at the house and fixed the the leak the hole staff was wonderful. And the worked with us on the payments I would recommend Johnson Plumbing for your Plumbing needs

They did an incredible job for me and saved my house and ran the dryer pipes along with the water pipes for my washer!! I thought it was an easy job that ended up being bigger and they helped me so much and stayed till everything was done properly!! I will use them again for sure and the price was so low and they did so much work!

I've called them 4 different times with a variety of jobs and they've always been kind, fair, understanding, and worked with us on costs and been flexible. Be loyal with a local business and you won't regret it!
