We have used Woodall Plumbing a couple of times. Each time we have been impressed by the communication and politeness of their technicians. Donavon, the technician we have had, has always been proficient in solving our plumbing issues. Our home was left as clean as it was before they arrived. I am thankful for their prompt response to our plumbing needs

Showed up within the hour of me calling, got the job done extremely quickly and professionally. Editing to reflect less than 24 hours later Next day I go to finish drywalling the wall and notice there’s a leak where they did the repair, so now I have to wait another day for them to come back out and fix the leak. They did return the next day and explained what the issue was and fixed the problem, I understand mistakes happen. Almost two weeks later, we finally finish drywalling and painting the bathroom. Hook everything up and get the sink reinstalled, now we don’t have hot water, our pressure is lower than it was and one of the main issues why we had the work done wasn’t addressed which was no pressure from the cold water side. I hope when I can get in touch with them, they will send out a plumber who actually checks their work before leaving.

Had my first interaction with Woodall Plumbing Company today but it certainly won’t be my last. I would recommend these guys for any of your plumbing needs. They came out on an urgent short notice call, showed up the time they said they would, checked everything thoroughly and talked to me about every part of the issue. Donavan and Braden were very polite and very knowledgeable. Quick response, problem solved, reasonable price…can’t ask for much more. It’s hard to find people who will show up let alone do good work, these guys will.

Prompt, professional service. We just had city water run to our home and a softener system put in, and this company went above and beyond for us. John has years of experience in the profession and it shows. We also had him install our smart toilet , and prior to this they redid all our 1970’s hose bibbs. 10/10, we won’t use anyone else

I think my plumbing job took a little longer than expected but that’s the nature of the job. Bailey, Braden, and Donovan were all very courteous and did a professional job. I will definitely call John Woodall for my next project.
