Right on time, professional, right price, and of course quality work. I’ve tried maybe 3 companies within the 30907 area - this is probably the best one! I had my leaky garden spigot replaced they changed the whole thing and mounted it to the wall perfect work!

April 24,2024 I paid this company to come out on January 10 to check my dishwasher. Foods was backing up in the diswasher. . I was told that it was because my pipes were dirty. The service person cleaned my pipes and secure the dishwasher in it place. The service person was there an hour and charge me $325. Everything was good for 2 1/2 months then the same thing started happening. Then on March 20, the dishwasher started doing the same thing. I was told to run hot water to keep the pipes clean. So I tried that for awhile and it continue to get worse. I called the company on March 30 and talked with the lady in the office. She told me she would get the message to the owner. Then the first week in April, I went out of town for a week. I called again and was told I signed an agreement for the work. I told yes but I still having the same problem you charge me $325 for. I have not heard back from this company. I just feel that I was overcharge and taken advantage of being an older woman. I pay my money and expected the problem to be solve. Even if it means you have to come back to finish the job.

Needed a quick pressure fix at my daughter’s townhouse. The pressure was at 115 psi after a home inspection. The home is under contract and I needed the situation resolved quickly before closing. I called SPDC and they came quickly and completed the job. Thanks for your awesome communication, customer service, and professionalism!

I used these guys to replace a pressure reducing valve on my rental property. Very satisfied with the service. I was able to coordinate the repair over email, Mr Billy reached out to my tenants to schedule the repair and was very quick to respond and professional. These guys were my fourth call on this project cause nobody else would call me back or was too busy to do the work. They will be my first call next time. They did great work and recommended a solution to our water heater problem that makes sense for our house and family. They assessed our water heater the next day and replaced the unit only a couple days after that. Great people to work with!
