The Drain Surgeon

We called to schedule an inspection for an outside pipe we noticed might be backing up. Once we saw water in the basement related to the issue, we called back and they came out right away to take a look. They made a plan to fix the issue and solved the problem the next available day. We're so grateful they were able to swing by, give tons of valuable info, and solve the issue (and set us up to avoid the issue in the future). Really enjoyed them (super nice and friendly), and the price was very reasonable too. Glad we found this company and will definitely be calling them for all plumbing issues in the future.

I had a frustrating experience with The Drain Surgeon. They initially promised to complete the job in a day (maybe two), but it ended up taking over a week due to delays involving the city. Instead of handling the situation efficiently, they showed little urgency and failure to communicate—I had to reach out multiple times every day just to get an update. I know the city was involved and they also had a lack of urgency, but the lack of communication was awful. After finally finishing the work, they left the broken pieces of my concrete patio sitting for another week after promising they’d be out the next day. Unfortunately the tech who said this, their tractor needed repaired. Nobody informed me of that and you’re telling me there was only ONE tractor available to pick up some concrete pieces? Again, they promised multiple times to come clean it up but never followed through until I repeatedly contacted them. To make matters worse, it seemed like they started deliberately ignoring my calls. When I called from my personal phone, I got busy tones, but when I used my work phone or my wife’s phone, they answered. After I gave them my wife’s number, they started ignoring that too. While the actual plumbing work appears to have been done correctly, the complete lack of communication and follow-through makes it impossible for me to recommend this company.

Fantastic service we’ve come to know and expect! The Drain Surgeon team has done excellent work on our unfinished basement project and as we expanded the project they have been working with us along the way. I highly recommend them for any plumbing plans or services!

I just want to say it's nice to know that we still have good people around today. This company came out and did some work for me,but unfortunately at the end of the day,it was something more than we expected. It got done and thankful to Kevin and Tori for all of their help. If I could give this company 10 stars, I would. Due to Hurricane Helene and the power outage, the water was the next to be cut off. Once the water was restored on Wednesday night, I noticed that one of my toilets were clogged up. Thursday morning, I immediately called The Drain Surgeons and they came out about an hour later. They told me what I needed to do. Once I realized that didn't work, I called them back the very next day. They were able to send someone out on this past Monday. The gentleman was extremely polite and helpful. Most of all he was right on time. I was quoted one price; but when he came in and took a look at the situation, the price he gave me was much cheaper. It didn't even take him that long to fix the problem. The Drain Surgeons are my go to company for any and all of my plumbing needs. I highly recommend this company.

I had a main line clogs that john fixed quickly and he cleaned up as well. I recommend them for your plumbing issues. Thanks John so much.

The Drain Surgeon was a huge lifesaver when my local Airbnb had a plumbing emergency right before the guest was scheduled to check-in on a Friday at 4pm. Kevin and his team rallied to help me so we didn't have to cancel on the guest- two moms and a baby.
