I would like to give Jason Johnson an outstanding review. He communicated his ETA. Protected his work area knocked the job out cleaned up and got out. If you weren’t there to see the work being done you would never know he was there. He identified the leak made repairs and also made great recommendations to stop potential future leaks. Great guy would recommend him for any plumbing needs.

I recently had a fantastic experience with Paramount Plumbing when I unexpectedly needed to replace my water heater last week. Sosa, the technician, was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and detail-oriented. It’s clear he truly cares about the quality of his work. I had a pinhole leak in the hose attached to the kitchen faucet and called Paramount to come out. Sosa was my technician and he was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and on time. He diagnosed the problem and I was back to normal with a new hose in no time. Don’t hesitate to work with Paramount, they are lucky to have employees like Sosa.

GREAT company!!! Especially, Nick. (I hope I remembered his name correctly). I needed to have a 50 gallon water heater installed. (A different company told me it was not possible). Nick from Paramount came by, looked at the job, and said “no problem”. What I appreciated most about Nick and Paramount (outside of getting the job done) was their honesty, professionalism, efficiency, and punctuality. I had a unique situation where I needed to time this job perfectly. That was dependent / contigent on Nick arriving on time and finishing the job when he said he would. That is exactly what happened. So, if you value good work ethic, punctuality, professionalism, and knowledgeable technicians who can think outside the box and not afraid of difficult assignments then ask for Nick from Paramount. I truly believe, Nick is a rare type of worker / man. As the saying goes “his word is his bond” (just my humble opinion based on my experience).

Paramount never fails to meet your plumbing needs. If you're lucky enough to have Nick at your door, you've hit the jackpot. Nick is the best plumber that I've ever had in my home. He's knowledgable and courteous - you couldn't ask for more. Two thumbs up for Nick!

Paramount Plumbing has always been our go to for the last several years whenever we have had plumbing issues. Fermin was the tech that came out today and he was absolutely amazing. He was very knowledgeable very extremely easy to work with and he had the problem sorted and fixed in a relatively short amount of time. When I call Paramount Plumbing again he is one of the texts that I will keep in mind to call back if ever we have problems again!

Excellent service! Nick was knowledgeable, explained everything thoroughly, expressed various options including cost saving to fit my budget. He came out the day after Christmas which was much appreciated plus took his time never rushing. Workmanship is top tier as he worked through the night and came back the next day to make sure everything was perfect which is a testament to his focus to detail and dedication to his work. I would recommend Paramount Plumbing as professional and knowledgeable plumbers like Nick are whom they hire to represent their company. I will definitely utilize their services again.
