Quick Action Plumbers - True to Their Name! On 12/13, I reached out to Quick Action Plumbers after researching local plumbers to fix a clogged pipe. Their great reviews convinced me to give them a try. Willy and his team arrived promptly, identified the problem, and resolved it efficiently. Fast forward 11 days to Christmas Eve morning—I woke up to a busted pipe. Unrelated to the first vist. I called Quick Action Plumbers again, and to my surprise, they were at my house within 10–15 minutes! Willy not only fixed the issue but also provided invaluable advice. I mentioned I was about to contact my insurance company, and he recommended I hold off and referred me to a restoration team. They came out quickly, assessed the damage, and guided me through the insurance claim process. I’m incredibly grateful for Willy’s expertise—not just in plumbing but also in navigating situations like these. I contacted Quick Action Plumbers on a Friday afternoon, and the customer service Rep was so nice and pleasant. I needed help ASAP, and she went the extra mile to help me. Within 30 minutes, Willie was pulling in my driveway. Willie explained he was headed home when he received the call. Willie was the Best! The job was completed within the time frame, he stated. Well just like their name implies, "Quick Action Plumbers", I called the Mableton location at 9am about a problem with my pressure reducing valve, after hanging up the very nice receptionist text me, scheduling me for a time window of 10am - 1pm, letting me know that the Technician would text me when they were on their way. At 10am the Technician text me and he was there at 10:05am along with his associate! They were both professional and extremely nice, and did a great job replacing the valve. Plus they gave me a senior citizen discount!

I am a returning customer. Quick Action plumbing has consistently provided quality and professional technicians. Willie took the time to understand my concerns and provided appropriate options and solutions. He clearly communicated quotes for each issue, verified approval and satisfaction before moving on. I really appreciated his customer service, work ethic and commitment to quality.

Got up yesterday and noticed water around my hot water heater. I knew exactly who to call. Quick ACTION Plumber . Called and made an appointment, Desmond and his partner arrived early, which was good. Looked over everything and discovered it was not my hot water heater. It was the pressure regulator valve which contols the water pressure coming into my home. My house is old so they had to completely replace it. Very professional, very friendly. Explained everything to me. Showed me what he was replacing, and he showed me how to cut off the water if I ever needed to. I have found a wonderful Plumber company. I am happy that I trust them and feel they are doing an excellent job. Thank you, guys, for your help

The representatives arrived on time, were very attentive to my concerns, and were thorough in performing the work required to install my appliance. Additionally, they were knowledgeable about the system, and informed me about its operation and maintenance.
