Can't thank you guys enough for all the hard work! We had an emergency situation and Marco, Trenton, and Michael were on it! Got us up and running in no time. The next day we had another issue come up and Cassie in the office had the guys Jacob and Tucker out there within the hour! Called Cassie again a few days later, and again she had Justin and Levi out there capping off our gas lines and we didn't even have to stop working around them. Absolutely amazing crew of guys and office staff! Highly recommend! Thank you guys

I called Saturday evening when aI noticed my house wasn't as cool as usual. I called (after hours). Talked with a very friendly agent, professional and empathetic. Was promptly contacted by David who scheduled an appointment the next day, early. Was on time. David was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and thorough. He not only identified and fixed the problem (capacitor) but performed an overall wellness check and even rinsed the filter, removing some typical debris build up. I remain a VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER! THANK YOU.

Thank you, Buzzell Plumbing! We noticed an emergency pipe blow out yesterday morning from our cellar basement. There was water everywhere. I called Buzzell immediately and within a few short minutes they set us up with a fantastic plumber. He was so courteous, knowledgeable and focused to complete our repair within a couple of hours. We called this company on Wednesday of last week. They sent a technician out on Thursday. We paid him $100 to "look" at our plumbing! He aadvised that he had to send another tech to access the problem and he would be able to quote us a price. WELL NEEDLESS TO SAY WE STILL WAITING??? THE ONLY REASON I RATED THEM A 2 IS BECAUSE THE RECEPTIONIST WAS GREAT!

These people take advantage of the elderly and of single women!!! DO NOT CALL THEM!! They will rip you off. They are, what we in the business, call a “bait & switch” company. Be very aware of these people!!!! Believe me, you want to stay far away from this place. Reporting to the BBB.. & going to repost my review on every social media platform they are using.

Amazing service! I had a major leak after a pipe burst right before I had to leave for work. I called Buzzell and they sent Travis Callahan, a fantastic plumber, whom was able to identify the issue and resolve it within 45 minutes. I could not be happier with speed and professionalism of this service.
