Covenant plumbing are true professionals. My technicians were Joe and Phil. They had to replace my whole cast Iron drain system under the crawl space, install toilets, and upgrade the system to code. It was an extensive job and they did it in a timely manner at fair price. Their professionalism was paramount and they were very clean when the job was completed. I recommend Covenant plumbing, and these 2 outstanding techniches. For any of your future needs.

I would highly recommend them to anyone. Jason was the technician I worked with and he was very honest and professional. I had received a few quotes from other companies that were wanting to do more than needed and gave me very high quotes. Jason came out, saw what was causing the problem and fixed it. He didn't try to sell me something I didn't need and was very transparent throughout the whole process.

I called requesting help with a water leak in my basement, a leaky toilet, and stopped up drain. They were able to come out the very next day for an inspection and to do the repair. Jason and Tyler came to our house and did an amazing job getting our issues fixed. They were professional, hard-working, and they knew their business. The leaks were fixed and everything works like new. I would highly recommend this plumbing service to anyone looking.

Mr Watkins arrived for the job on time and ready to work. He did a thorough job and fixed my problem. The price was reasonable too. I would definitely use Covenant Plumbing again.

Techs came out twice, each time without the equipment required to complete the repair or identify the issues despite noting the issues would require additional items on the first visit. Scheduled consistently at the end of day to require additional visits. Miscommunication between office staff and technicians about pricing. Techs varied from cordial to abrasive. The guys left without having us sign any type of documentation that was work attempted or completed and the office said, well you knew they were there and so did we. Save your money and oh someone to do it correct the first time. Once they left we spent about an hour cleaning up the mess they left. Edit and reply to the owners post- how 2 hours and 50 min on Monday and 1 hour on Tuesday equates to 7 hours beats me. The issue was never the quoted pricing, nor was it the diagnosis because there was not one given; but rather consistent miscommunication, poor attitude from technicians and dirty handprints and footprints through the house and bathroom that required scrubbing and cleaning after the fact. Everyone gave us a different story and when we asked through email certain clarifying questions, we got brushed off with a, “sorry you weren’t happy but you didn’t need to sign anything we both knew they were there”. Which is why we chose this outlet to inform others since the company couldn’t be bothered to discuss the issues professionally, case in point the below reply. Ive been told this company changed owners a few years ago and over the last week I’ve talked with several people who will not use them again because of the change in the company and lack on concern and customer service that Covenant was once known for. The 2nd company that came out was friendly, knowledgeable, took time to show and review the issue and cleaned up after themselves fully and had us a full answer on the 1st visit within 90 minutes.

I will never use anyone but Covenant Plumbing! Other plumbers tried to scam us, but they were wonderful and affordable! They did a great job repairing out shower and sink faucets and installing a pressure relief valve. George and Tommy are awesome! Very honest, hard-working people who are just trying to do the right thing by their customers. They taught me a great deal about our own plumbing and fixed repairs we've been putting off for months with ease. I cannot recommend them highly enough!
