I had one of the best plumbers in the business come fix my clogged pipes. I am thankful for Wade and his assistant. They did a great job! Will definitely use them again.

I would recommend Rooter Rooter to anyone. On Sunday a very special pendant fell into my sink and I panicked. I called Rooter Rooter and Casey was so helpful and professional by going the extra mile to see if someone could come to help me on that day. Shortly after our conversation Wade arrived and was able to save my pendant and I was so grateful for the time that he took out of his day to help save something that means so much. The gentlemen very versatile in their assignment. Mr. Rooter’s service men are the best that I have did business with. “You have Plumbing issues call Mr. Rooter’s office. If you don’t have the number Google it. He is not hard to find PLEASE!

Wade Richardson came to my house on a Sunday to fix my water heater. Service was great. Very kind and very knowledgeable. He will definitely be my go-to guy.

I gave them one star only because I couldn't give zero. A few months ago, I had them come fix a leak in a pipe in my back yard. It took them three visits to finally fix the leak correctly and i had to fill in the giant hole in the ground they created myself. My sprinkler system worked perfectly before they worked on my pipes and hasn't worked since. On top of that, the incompetent worker that they initially sent to my house ran his truck into my house. A good 3ft X 1.5ft section of my attached carport's roof ended up inside his truck. Immediately after this, the driver told my wife and I that Mr. Rooter's insurance would cover the damages and that he would pay for the repair of the leak. He repeated this pledge over and over again ... until his boss showed up. When his boss arrived and my wife let him know what the driver had said, the driver said my wife was lying. This guy ran his truck into my house (he initially admitted it was because he was on his cell phone), lie to customers, called customers liars, couldn't fix the leak himself, and, not only does he still work there, they sent him back to my house to deny responsibility for the sprinkler system not working. My roof has developed at least six leaks and, because of one of those leaks, the ceiling in my main bathroom desperately needs to be replaced. I had the roof inspected the week before this incident (I just bought the house and needed the inspection for the insurance company) and there were no leaks at that time, so we know that the wreck caused these leaks. It's been almost three months. They have done nothing to repair my gutter system that was destroyed. They deny responsibility for my sprinkler system not working any more. They half-a**ed the repair job to the facia and the part of the roof that was inside of the driver's truck. And they have done nothing to fix the many leaks that the wreck caused. It has been raining hard every other week since the wreck, the water damage to my house from these leaks gets worse daily, this company couldn't care less about what they've done and seem to be trying to weasel out of their responsibility for fixing it. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING!

This was my first time using Mr. Rooter and the service was absolutely amazing. Wade was wonderful and very respectful.

I came home on Sunday from being out of town for the July 4th holiday, only to find my hot water heater had gone bad and water was flooding my basement. Called Mr. Rooter right away and got Pam. She was kind and gracious. Timing wasn’t on my side since they only have one tech working on the weekends, but Cole and team arrived a few hours later and thankfully were able to install a new heater. All my questions were answered and by the time they left, I had hot water. Thank you Mr. Rooter for your friendly and experienced staff!

Every time I've used Mr Rooter they've been excellent. Cal and Dalton came out on Friday on pretty short notice. They had some bad news for me about my main sewer line, but I don't hold it against them. They were as kind and helpful as they could be, and got the huge job done on Monday, even working through some really terrible heat and a thunderstorm. I would recommend them to anybody, any time.
