I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received for the installation of my new tankless water heater! The technician was incredibly professional, punctual, and knowledgeable. From start to finish the entire process was efficient and smooth. He took the time to explain the system to me and answered all my questions. His installation was done with great attention to detail, and he even took the time to clean up any remnants from the work – completely impeccable service. I highly recommend him and the company to anyone in need of plumbing or water heater services. A job well done!

I work at a facility and we needed a new water heater. I had two other companies come out to give quotes on what it would cost. One company quoted me a ridiculously high amount. The other company quoted me a fair price but their customer service wasn't too impressive. I called Reliable Heating & Air and they sent Brian to quote us. Not only was the quoted price very reasonable, Brian took his time at explaining all that would be done. When it came to getting the job done Brian came and worked in a very timely manner. Did an excellent job at installing the new water heater and was very pleasant to talk to. I would 10/10 recommend Reliable Heating & Air and I would 10/10 recommend Brian. I will be reaching out to them from now on.

I needed to have a 20 year old HVAC system replaced this week. I called 5 of the local Heating & Cooling companies for quotes. Michael W. put togeather a very competitive offer and explained in detail what equipment he was recommending and why. While a couple of the other quotes were for as much as double the amount of the Reliable Air quote, 2 of them were in the same range. When I researched the equipment from each of the quotes, as well as the explaination from Micheal, I choose to go with Reliable Air's offer. Kyle and Dominik called in the morning to let me know they were are on the way and they arrrived on time and jumped right into the job. Both of the installers were professional in their appearance, attitude and work skills. While the equipment is working great, I am equally impressed with the work they did at my house. The final appearance of the new equipment is top notch. When they had everything ready, they walked me through what they had done and what maintenance I needed to be aware of. They organized and improved the way the equipment was set up, and I really feel that they treated my install with the same care and concern that they would have done, had the install been at their own homes. The way they cleaned up their area and hauled off the old equipment, my garage looks better now than it did before they started. It was obvios to me that they did good work and they enjoy what they are doing. I am looking forward to getting to recommend Reliable Air to my friends in the future. Choosing Reliable Air was a great decesion. .

The next day Kyle’s team showed up on time to quickly and professionally install a new heating and air system, they demonstrated how to work the new system, answered my questions, and left the house free and clear of any trash or debris. It's always scary when I need to call someone for a heating and or ac situation. I know NOTHING about fixing them so I'm basically at the technicians mercy. Fitzroy explained everything to me in a way I could understand. He assured me with his years of expertise that I simply needed to change my filters...go figure smh. I appreciate his honesty and integrity tremendously. He wasn't trying to make a buck, he was trying to fix the issue. I will definitely use this company in the future...and Reliable Heating and Air should definitely consider Fitzroy an asset!
